A coupling on the water line outside my house broke. I did the digging to expose the problem to save some money and so the plumber would have an easy job of it. After calling for service, it was only 30 minutes before Black Mountain Plumbing had someone on the job. He gave a fair estimate and had the work done in less than 90 minutes. I consider this great service and the leak is fixed!

Daniel was great went straight to work and completed quickly and vacuumed up any mess so the bathroom was left clean.

The work is excellent and the advice they give is even better! I won't use another company for plumbing issues any more!

I don't work with contractors who don't respond to my email inquiries. BMP's response was quick and provided me with a precise estimate based on the pictures and the job description I had emailed them.

There was some error in scheduling so I had to make it one more time and the plumber was late by 40 minutes. However, he did a good job so I'm satisified. Also, I got a Yelp discount on top of the already reasonable price.
