7 Erich was the best instructor we could have ever imagined. His intentions were clear and set at the beginning. His flow was perfect for all types of yogis and we had a wide range of experience.
His sound bath was NEXT level! Several of us felt like we were floating/transcending and we all got a good mind/souls cleanse from the crystal bowls.
Also, LOVED starting and ending class with Oms.

Great place with an amazing atmosphere! The owner is very kind and makes everyone feel so welcome. The studio is beautifully set up and the American flag shows her support and love for this country as well as all those who serve! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed to your studio
My boy friend found this studio for me cuz I have been practicing yoga. Pleople were so nice to me. I saw different between USA and Japan. If I had more time to stay I would like to take all yoga classes. Thank you
Wonderful studio with an extremely welcoming and inviting atmosphere! I got to meet the owner and she was a very sweet lady who has an incredible background, knowledge, and experience in the yoga community.shes also a military family and my wife and i (who r both active duty) appreciate her family’s service.highly recommend this establishment!
Adriana is very calming & welcoming, her teaching style is very charming.she acknowledges others around her & makes them feel comfortable.the instruments / sound bowls used during the practice was a pleasant surprise.the studio floor was freshly cleaned & the temperature was comfortably natural. I felt extremely moved after the practice, a great shift took place in my body.
10/10 would recommend.
I used to like going here but it changed ownership and it's a weird vibe now. There's an American flag at the front desk and they painted over the beautiful wall murals. I recommend yoga on state, it's not far at all even if you're traveling by bike.
