17Had a great experience dealing with Chris Espinoza. I researched what what I wanted, contacted Chris via e-mail and let him know the car I wanted and negotiated the price with him. Deal was made before I set foot at dealership and at time of delivery paperwork was ready. I was in and out with what I wanted, minus the headache and pressure that can come with buying a car.
Horrible.worst place to purchase a vehicle! They will throw out anything to sell you the car but give u a headache actually going thru with what they say! They Treat you wonderful wanting you to purchase the car but afterwards like you are an inconvenience. Save ur business for a real professional car dealership. I was also due for a paint re-touch And had to argue to actually get that completed after it was on my due bill. Some of the paint retouch looks like my 3yr old did the job. Very disappointed!

This place is a second-hand Toyota.
They were not helpful nor knowledgeable when I had to emergency take in my Toyota vehicle.
There was a distinct difference in the way Gio spoke to me and spoke to my brother in law. He definitely needs to be trained because answering questions, "I don't really know, I can't really say, it's whatever the mechanic wrote. " I would have gotten further speaking to the mechanic myself since they are taking the extra $210 for Diagnostics. This used to be known as Michael's Toyota, which was known for taking advantage of people. This might be titled as a new establishment, but their service has not changed. Perhaps this is why they had to change the name/ownership. We decided to cancel the service and take it elsewhere. Save your money, get your codes read at an Autozone or O'Reilly before taking your car in to compare codes.

I Brought my moms car in for service my Advisor Chris was very polite and professional, service was done in a timely manner.
Brought my Camry in for alignment because I had hit a curb and it damaged the rim. I needed a new rim with the re-alignment. Serviceman came out & said I needed all these other items. Literally living on canned foods. Brought back in today, & only needed a re-alignment. $100 vs $450
