Needed an outlet in my backyard for a new grill. Travis responded quickly with a quote, and had the outlet installed quickly the following day. Installation was very clean - both in quality and lack of mess made in the process. I have additional work that needs to be done and have him slated to to it too.

Travis responded to my request for a quote within 30 minutes. I explained the scope of work, and he asked a few questions via text. Travis then quoted me the cost to install three ceiling fan support boxes with constant power. The price was very reasonable. I told him the date I was available, and he said he would be there. I received a text the morning of installation confirming the scope of work and the time he would arrive. Travis arrived on time with all the equipment needed for the job. Travis is very personable, and it was easy to converse with him. I tried my best to give Travis the correct information via text. Unfortunately, I was not entirely right with my information. Even though it took Travis more time to complete the job, he kept to his quote. I cannot recommend Blackwood Electric enough. Look no further if you want a highly responsive electrician who can get to you quickly and for a fair rate. I will definitely recommend Travis to all my friends and family. I will also not hesitate to use him again for anything electrical-related in my home.

Travis was responsive to my text messages during a busy time for his company. He had to postpone the job once for a completely understandable reason. He came early the next day and installed two new 240V circuits for us. My wife texted me while I was at work letting me know how quickly he finished. When I got home, I found clean, professional work. I am so happy I didn’t do the work myself. It would have taken me four times as long and many curse words.

We've used Blackwood Electric a few times, and they've always been responsive and thorough, and pleasant to work with. We are using them to replace our electrical panel. But while we await approvals we've had some power issues, and they've had to come out a couple of times for us. This time, power to the entire house went out in the middle of the night. We texted Travis around 9: 30am on Sunday morning. He responded immediately and was at the house within the hour. Travis repaired and replaced whatever was needed and power was restored. Gave us an update on the panel replacement and didn't charge for a SUNDAY REPAIR! Amazing service - we highly recommend Travis and Blackwood Electric!
