We had scheduled their trucks for a paving project over a week out with multiple emails confirming the date of work, then they told us the day before that they had prior obligations. Very unreliable service and untrustworthy.

Only place I buy my landscape material. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy in and out!

Have dealt with these guys a number of times. By far a 10 out of 10 company. Thank you guys!

Went to get rock and dirt, must have been the end of his work day (4pm) guy was rude and made my husband shovel our own rock instead of loading it with bucket. Then sat outside smoking a cigarette while my husband shoveled the rock.

We have been using Blain Stumpf for various projects for almost five years. Not bad. Good pricing. Excellent delivery. The only reason I am not giving a five-star today is because their customer service was lacking today. I assume that most of their clients are builders and landscapers of which I am neither. I came in to see their sample products to make sure I was ordering the right thing for my home landscape project.

I went up to the blue building where I was directed by an employee only to be sent down to the yard that I did not know before to solidify my order. The guy was highly efficient with what he was doing, front end loading product onto trucks before me but he did not have time for me, under my circumstances. I waited and waited. My husband is not well. He used to be the one who took care of this stuff but I needed help with yardage, truck load capabilities and explaining the whole delivery process.

The guy who waited on me was extremely busy. He told me that I came at a very busy time. I told him I am sorry I came at a bad time. He said not a bad time just a busy time.

Would people just please slow down and put their professional efficiency aside to the benefit of their customers in-store? That's why four stars instead of five. I highly recommend them.

I was 2 5 gallon buckets short for my project after a rock purchase and went back to buy 2 buckets of the same rock and they gave me what I needed.they are great with great pricing. 2 thumbs up

The office lady was very nice and helpful. Matt the yard guy was very nice and helpful also. Great experience. I will go back and do business again! Great place!

Ordered 10 cubic yards for our driveway and plan to order more in the future, looks great!

Highly Recommend Blain Stump Rock Sand & Gravel! Office staff was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Driver Tim, called in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He drove really well on our somewhat narrow road, and dropped the load exactly where needed. When asked, he offered good advice on other materials. He was polite and friendly, and awesome person to have show up early on a Saturday morning.

Ring Ring Dave can I have a three transfers tomorrow. They always say yes. Never an issue always solid service.
