Blair's Restaurant reviews
16 Great service, nice and cozy autmosphere. Good wine selection. They bake their own bread, and make pizza dough and pasta which is great!
The food was decent, but they are a bit pricy.
Super cute neighborhood restaurant. The food was great - recommend the bruschetta and burger - and the service was fantastic. It was nice and cosy. Will definitely be coming back to this little gem!
Lovely, cozy Italian place. Great minestrone soup and their kale sausage pasta is highly recommended! The octopus had very strong grill and seafood flavors so that's for the hardcore seafood lovers:)
We had very good salad along with wild albacore and roasted chicken dinner. Being an avid chef, the food was fairly good. But the price was a bit steep, about 25% higher than should be for this type of cuisine. They also could use a little help in customer service relations. Other then that, everything else was good
This rating is based solely on my first impression of this location. Having recently moved to the area; I tend to spend my evenings walking throughout the neighborhood, exploring and hoping to find gems such as this establishment. I fully intend on dining here either in person or at least through their online ordering process before weeks end. At which point i fully expect to upgrade my rating to a 5-star (unless a 6-star becomes available). Either way the ambiance is divine and all the customers seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals and company! BTW I first encountered this location @ 9p.m. On Friday 6/24
The owner of this place is Not a nice man at all - he’s verbally abusive and has harassed me multiple times when I’ve been outside picking up my child from the school across the street. His staff are fine, but the experience interacting with the owner has been traumatic. I hope you can make a difference choice than eating here. He is problematic for the community.
Perfect neighborhood spot. Makes me feel like I’m in the West Village. Cozy. Home made pasta delights and surprisingly delightful salads.
Fun/casual neighborhood joint. I split the burger with my friend and it was delicious. Will definitely be back again.
We love dining at Blair’s and have been for years. From the home made pastas to the well curated wine list and outside/inside homey seating-always a win. Reason for the 4 is that we really were surprised at the under portioned calamari this time around. It was about 1/4 serving size this time AND price has gone up! We noted it with our waiter and he agreed that the measly portions have been common thru the evening. Is this really a S&D issue? We will still go because we? Blair’s but thought you all should know.
Ordered for delivery at 7: 50pm, order confirmed and then cancelled an hour later.
The food there is great but this poor service is unacceptable for me. Will never go back again.
Great atmosphere, attentive service, good vegan options. Minestrone and sausage gnocchetti were standouts. Good (albeit dense) tiramisu at the end. The heaters were very strong
Good food is all the sweeter when shared with a good friend. Blair’s is a cozy Italian restaurant nestled in Silverlake. They offer a wide variety of wine and Italian food. It was our first time here and we were never disappointed. We came here for a Saturday supper and sat by the bar. Atmosphere was chill, romantic and homie. Music was jazzy. Indoor and outdoor seats were spacious. We perused their menu and ordered a fried calamari, jidori roasted chicken+kale, market salad lemon and beer/wine. The jidori chicken was soft, delicious and flavorful. Similarly, the salad was fresh and tasty. Servings were just right for the price. Service was on point. Staff was competent, followed health protocol and professional. Prices were fairly competitive. Plenty of street parking. Overall, we had a great dinner and service. I highly recommend this corner resto spot.
Great service and good food. They seated us and the place got packed immediately. Nobody hounded us to get up and leave. The food was good quality and great wine selection. I really liked the spot and there was parking nearby as well. I like the food options and we were going to be more adventurous but I went with pizza and she ordered pasta. The waiter explained everything well. There is a lot of inside seating - the place is bigger than it appears and lots of outdoor seating.
Great ambiance indoor and out! Food and service was amazing with an extensive natural and organic/bio wine list. I only wish they had a few more pasta options but regardless everything was great and I’m excited to go back.
Great Italian food and decent portions just like your momma made for you. We are visiting from Vancouver and this was our second visit to this charming little restaurant in Silver Lake. We love the ambiance and service is friendly and unpretentious.
Best cheeseburger of my life. Not even kidding. Great service too - so kind! I think I’ll be driving to Silverlake JUST for Blair’s!
