The only reason I came to this place is because a friend asked me to volunteer as a patient for the dental program.
The whole experience is terrible. I wouldn’t do it again even if you paid me to do it.
I had to wait a long time, just to sign a piece of paper and then asked to wait outside in the car, came in waited some more, they did a Covid test, and then I had to wait some more. When they finally brought me in, they got me ready for the x-rays and after two different people checked me, my friend didn’t even get to do my x-rays.
In fact, I didn’t get any x-rays done at all. It was a complete waste of my time.

Had made an appointment my very first time coming here, staff was excellent as well as my hair done by Amanda Barber. The teacher walks around and helps everyone achieve what they need by giving them tips as they’re working. I was very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the place. Definitely coming back and encourage anyone to go that’s wants a good outcome at a decent price.

Do not go here. I went in for a trim, my hair was at my shoulders, and left and my hair was above my chin. The hair stylist was awful the teacher was awful. My hair is now ruined and will take months to get back to something resembling normal. I went in because it was cheap and I didn't think it could be that bad, but save your money go somewhere else.

Everything was great I got my hair dyed my lady was super nice but the front desk lady just kept judging a criticizing the girl doing my hair it was very unprofessional other then her great experience

Everything about this school is amazing im in my last days of classes here and i loved every second of it. The staff and students are amazing and helpful. I am graduating the administrative program and i would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The receptionist there is really nice and Eric. There was a time I sat in the lobby awaiting to retake the math portion of my entrance exam. A guy walked (who worked there) up to the receptionist basically saying 'how come people cant round off numbers? '
The receptionist said ' who doesnt know how to round' He responded ' you would be surprised'
My thought is, be careful what you say and how you say it. You could really offend someone.

I had a color correcting appointment today with patti jo and she was beyond amazing! She took a long time to get me from bright green to my natural blonde which couldn't have been easy. Plus she was very friendly and kept me updated with what she was doing every step of the way! To top it off she wanted to style my hair or my date after! I couldn't have had a more successful experience.

I come here about every two weeks or so to get my haircut by Noel Ebert. She is very careful and precise and always makes sure im liking what shes doing as she is cutting. The services here are affordable and great. I would reccomend getting your haircut here because these students have to follow stricter guidelines when it comes to sanitation of their equipment. Best place to get a haircut.

Was there for 11 months and the instructors kept quitting one by one, took a toll on the already difficult learning process.staff has 0 coordination.staff really has no efficient communication and instructors dont know what theyre doing due to the fact theyre constant being replaced.no respect between staff and students when it comes to disagreements.graduated almost 2 months ago and have not found a job, career services said they would help but have not in any way, the best part of graduating was having 0 ties with the school.

Had a great experience with sophomore Arianna getting a pedicure. Massage chair, foot rub, trim and paint, feeling relaxed. Good time watching all students in their new careers. Can't beat the prices. Best of luck to all. Looking forward to next month

I had the best experience at Blake Austin. Noel E.gave me the best pedicure. Noel is in the cosmetology program but loves doing nails. She was professional, gentle (I have a sore spot on my foot), listened to what I wanted, and gave me a great pedicure. I plan to keep going back to Noel for my mani and pedicures.

I had the most amazing facial with Kylie. My skin has never felt better I re-booked same visit. Then sat in a chair with Justina while she washed and blow dried my hair talk about relaxation I'm in heaven!

Mikaela Madden she has done my chunky highlights and gray touch ups twice. Professional and learns quickly. She is fun and loves her work. Come see her, she will take great care of you.

The school is professional and the people are friendly. The teachers and staff care about there students. The clients always say they had a pleasant experience. I love Blake Austin beauty school. The school went above and beyond.

Went here for the first time today. Had such a great experience. We will definitely become regulars. Highly recommend.

I love coming here! The students are very welcoming and friendly. This is a very clean and well organized cosmetology school. I always get my hair colored and styled by Kayla Barraza. She's fantastic!

I had a nail service done by Fabien, and for a young man who's learning, he did a really good job! He needed help a few times, which totally didn't bother me. It's a school. Overall I had a wonderful experience here! Defiantly coming back.

I came in for a pedicure this afternoon and my service was done by crystal she was great! Not only the service but the conversation aswell I will forsure be going back to her soon!

I got my haircut done by Noel Ebert she did a fantastic job, i will be going back to get my hair done again and also more. Blake austin is a great school and affordable. I will be returning again.
