Blast 825 Brewery, Orcutt CA

One of my favorite places! Haven't come across anything on the menu yet that hasn't been absolutely delicious! Family friendly, great customer service and great ambiance! The wait time on Friday Saturday and Sunday can be a little long but it's totally worth it!

Decided to try this place for dinner. It was a cool place with great atmosphere and a good selection of beers/drinks. Our server was very good/fast but the food was "ok". Both my coworker and I got upset stomachs later from it. Saw a lot of people eating pizza, we didn't try that.

A little bit of a wait when I went to this location last though so I had to pass. The food is good, the staff are polite.

Good food, nice atmosphere. Waiting time to order too long. My first drink did not meet my expectations and it took too long to be offered another drink and it took even longer to received the second drink after ordered. Me and my companion planned to hang out and have some drinks and appetizers before ordering dinner but, the waiting time was kinda long.that we decided just to order a drink and dinner to avoid the waiting time.but it didn't work. We needed to wait too long to order a second drink. I did notice that there were enough service personnel.perhaps they're not communicating asking for assistance, or it's a lock of experience in the service area.and please the rest rooms could be a little cleaner.thank you.

The place is really amazing, the food is very rich, the dishes are large and for a good price, the drinks are very rich, I recommend it!

Great place for family dinner or with friends you can have a meal and a drink. Or just a drink. There's televisions so you can watch sports while you enjoy a drink. There's also outside dinning so you can enjoy a meal outside and enjoy the atmosphere outside.great place.a must come and try out kind of joint.

We were greeted and seated right away and had such a pleasant dining experience here! Started with the chili waffle fries, which were amazing! Then, we enjoyed delicious entrees and the amazing Cali Squeeze Blood Orange beer from SLO Brew.

What can I say about this place. Been here a hand full of times. Eveytime this place has been underwhelming. Menu reads great but food is just ok. Nothing like Wow you need to try this. Drinks as well. Large variety but they are just ok. Most of the time it seems they are to busy to care for small parties. It's food and it's beer and cocktails just nothing great.

Excellent food and service, well situated seating for TV viewing of sports. Love eating there as often as the budget allows. Three words for everyone- Tri Tip Dip!

The most absolute terrible service I have ever received. The first time I went, we got seated next to the open door where it was 50⁰ that night. We asked to get reseated and they keep seating others before we did. Once I brought it to their attention, they finally moved us, but our waiter only came to take our orders and then give us the check. Literally nothing else in between.

I went twice hoping the first time was just a fluke. We kept trying to order drinks, but our waitress would not come by. After more than 30 min, I literally went to the bar myself to get a drink. She then came by twice, but only talked to the tables around us, which I believe were her friends. After nearly an hour, she finally took our food orders, but only to come back and tell us the kitchen had actually closed imagine going to a restaurant expecting to eat and then NOT. She then came and handed us the check around 10: 15 with no explanation. We asked if they were closing and she replied yes that the bar was also closing. Then she comes back and tells us actually just her section is closing, but they're still open. I explained to her that we were confused bc you don't just throw a check at ppl without explaining or asking if we're all set. It was such a strange experience.so strange that I had to post this.

Live music was very very loud, hard to have a conversation and we were in the other room. Staff was great, food was ok, the drinks kept coming. Was a good time except for the music

Classic upper scale bar. Great atmosphere to watch games inside or have a great time outside. The burgers were great and the service was too. I explained my preferences in beer and the server brought out two samples which perfectly nailed my taste.

I’ve been wanting to try this spot and I finally did. I was very disappointed, shocked and regretful for coming here. Sadly I gave this spot a try on my birthday and had the worst experience at a restaurant ever in my life coming here! The food was fine but the type of “customer service” I got was horrible. At first I had one waitress that was sweet and I feel like she was trying her best to be attentive but then ASHLEY was I guess “helping” her and when she came to my table she was so rude. She came to bring some drinks and left right away without saying anything. I was wanting to ask her if we can have some straws so I said excuse me and she continue to walk away acting like she couldn’t hear me! At first I was like okay she probably didn’t hear me but when I helped myself to go get some straws myself since it was in a spot that I was able to grab she comes back saying “I have your straws here. ” She was very passive aggressive. That’s when I realized that she did hear me and chose to ignore me! She was horrible throughout the whole time me and my friends where there. She again came back to bring a second round of drinks and again no straws on her? But says “And I’ll bring you your straws right now”again in a (passive aggressive manner) Like if you know I’m going to ask for straws why not bring them along with the drinks and not be having us wait for them? Plus what waitress doesn’t have straws on them? She was honestly the worse waitress I’ve ever came across with. She’s a joke and is an older woman acting like she’s 15 with that type of attitude. She was so rude and disrespectful if a manager reads this I hope he talks to her about her behavior. She definitely hates her job and takes it up on others I can only imagine how she treats her coworkers. Plus the service was very slow we ended up having to order two drinks at the same time for the reason that they kept on forgetting about us. I was very disappointed I’ve never felt the way I did that night at a restaurant. I rather go to a taco stand by the projects then ever coming here again.

Great place for drinks and food. Nice atmosphere, great place to watch sports.
Love the options of whiskey/tequila flights.

Food was wonderful. However, the music on Saturday night was unfortunate to hear. We heard the f-word, unforgivable lyrics regarding woman and other races. When I approached the hostess I said, ” are you aware of the songs that you’re playing with those kind of lyrics? ” She said “yes. ” She appeared to be irritated at my question. We have always considered Blast a wonderful and friendly family restaurant. So, it was unfortunate to see other families leave because of the music. Hopefully you will consider not playing that music until after the times people can bring their children for dinner.

The food was outstanding. We had a table that allowed us to watch the game and enjoy the night.
