Blazin' Crab, Fontana CA

This is a hidden gem! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside you get amazing food and service. I went twice in one week because it was that good

3 star because of horrible service. Food is so good! Waitress was rude & kicked us out because of a 2 hour limit. Been here 2xs before and spend on average of $100.

Great service (Mackenzie was very nice, professional, fast, got our order right) and excellent food! We dine here often and always enjoy it!

Bad customer service called 3 times to make a order they put me on hold and after waiting like 20 min they juat hang up

While we were seated right away, it took 1.5 hours before we got our food and we had to tell a waitress that we were waiting that long so she got our waiter who then brought our food. It felt like we were forgotten about. Other customers were coming and going receiving their food before us. The food was great but waiting that long was ridiculous if it hadn't been for me not seeing my friends and catching up I'd have left.

Love this place. It's the best seasoning I have ever had at any crab place. Service is good. I don't anywhere else since I found this spot.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go eat from time to time. Shrimp Blazing Sauce to die for.

Let's just say this is a special occasion splurge. My daughters ask to come eat here for their bdays. It's a little pricey but what restaurant isn't anymore. The food is delicious, the service unfortunately is not attentive but I can let it slide because you can tell they're short staffed. I give it all the stars because my kids love the food and I do too. A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

Food is good customer service is trash all the people working here are lames they look like they hate there life’s I would too if I was 30 years old working here so I understand

I ordered my order on the phone at 7 p.m. When I got there I got my food in a timely matter. When I got home I opened my bag and had no snow crab in it. I called blazing crab and they told me I can come back and get my crabs that they left out. When I got there they started asking me if I had pictures of the bag, which they did not say that on the phone. I video called my wife and she showed them the bag. It took 30 mins just for a pound of crabs. I did not get to eat in tell 915. But the food was great

First time eating here and we loved it. Will definitely return. The food is great and the staff is super friendly.

Good food but worse service I went in when it was not busy but they had a waiting list at the door and since no one attended me I put my name down and sit down they saw me there for 20 minutes and they didn’t care then a couple comes in and one of the girl ask them for how many and took care of them of them real quick looks at me and still don’t care then a customer saw and told the girl that guy has been waiting for a minute so she goes and tells me go ahead and have a sit but with an attitude when the one with attitude should be me and I tell her thanks took you guys long to attend me then she laughs and just walks away In a rude way
