Way too Hot in there. No air conditioning. With all the money the Catholic Churches get an they can't afford Air Conditioning?

I'm just someone who lives in the neighborhood. And wanted to say that I love hearing the church bells. Especially in these difficult times. THANK YOU so much.

Nice church, cool environment. A good place to be and stay in contact with God and the community.

Very beautiful family church to attended. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Father is great and the sermons have good messages that leave you thinking about life and lessons to grow closer with our lord. I enjoy all my visits to this church.

Nice homely church, One of the only Catholic churches in San Diego where you can't buy your way to heaven.

I have been a few times and it is a great community. They welcome everyone and I like the special prayers at the end.

I appreciate every parish as a lifelong Catholic and current Youth Ministry Director. Knowing what I know about the Church, it’s a shame that the Vatican II altar is so pathetic looking. It just looks all wrong. They could have an Adoration chapel but the pews have been turned around to look at the funky green altar area. The tabernacle is a mile away from the tiny altar table. On top of that, they don’t even use the main doors of the Church. No passerby ever knows that warm bodies enter or exit the Church since they lock up those beautiful main doors. It’s almost as if they don’t want anyone knowing they are there and if someone happens to find a way in, the focus isn’t on Christ, it’s on the celebrant. Ironically I find myself going there with my family from time to time because the 6: 00 PM Mass. It’s a Mass, but I will be face-palming in spirit the whole time. It’s a good thing that I am not on staff because I would bring this stuff up regularly knowing that everyone would hate me for it. Sigh, it could be such a beautiful church otherwise. What did Christ say, “Don’t hide your light under a bushel or poorly designed remodels. ”
