Our shutters look so great that our neighbors still compliment them 2 years later. Customer service was fantastic even during the delays during the pandemic, couldn’t be happier. Quality appears to hold up well given our dog tries to peak her snoot through them every day. Not one shutter has been damaged. Thank you John for your great service.

Very poor customer service. Owner gives excuses that do not make sense and is having me (the customer) call the company to try to remedy the situation. Blinds were installed 5ish years ago, we had to call them back at least once because some of them would fall down when you pull the string. We have sent more than one blind back for repair (this is our second time sending the same blind back) and have to pay a 90$ fee every time. We still have 20 year old hunter Douglas blinds in part of our house that have never needed to be serviced or repaired, not sure about the quality of product and installation that we got from blind corners.

I recommend you do not use this company. My blinds were damaged and ill fitting. The company does not answer their phone or return messages after the deposit has been collected. This has been going on for 8 weeks. We have had to drive to the showroom 3 times to get their attention and they stonewall and say they're "looking into it", then never call or follow through on commitments. A real disaster.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, but in my defense of blind corners, It bothers me that people put these bad reviews on this company. My experience was top-notch. I have been dealing with BC since we moved into this home 7 years ago. They have been nothing but professional and did a great job. Please, if you are not happy, deal with BC personally before you give any negative reports. We all go threw things out of our control. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with BC. Matt is super professional, and I could be difficult at times. Matt always handles it with the up most professional way. I dealt with many companies, and in my opinion, they deserved to be treated the same as you like to be treated in a professional way.

Talk about unhappy. Worker (I’m assuming their son) came out to pick up a box. Was extremely rude, looked mad at the world. If that’s how you want someone to represent your company… yikes! When he left he got in his suv he drove off extremely fast in a residential area where kids were. Very dangerous and rude to drive like that in a residential area, especially where kids are present. We have the whole scene captured on our door bell camera. Tempted to file a report.
