Don't return calls, leaves on vacation for 8 weeks without notifing me. Set me up with another tax person and charged me another fee of $99.00. After a week and hearing
nothing from her. Contacted the office and and told them I was very unhappy with their service they were very rude. Asked to speak to general manager a nd they said they would have her call me. Told them I would like her phone number and they refused to give it to me.

I really liked working with Joy, she was efficient and got the job done with little to no face to face connection.

Have had great service. Stephanie was friendly and very knowledgeable. Will continue to ask for her.

Aaron is amazing and efficient. He got our taxes done in about 60 mins and was extremely thorough. We'll be back next year!
