9My Tax Accountant, Nirmala Ravindran (of the Cupertino branch of HR block, who also covers another HR block office in Silicon Valley) is extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to navigate the complexities of split year UK/USA taxation systems when I first moved to the USA (California) from the UK in 2013/2014. I would absolutely recommend her for her professionalism, dedication and abilities.

Similar experience as other people: i had a 4: 30p apointment.at 4: 45p, the advisor hadnt showed up yet despite the front desk person called him twice.the second time he answered "oh yeh" as if i bothered him and didnt show up within 2mns.so i left.they seem to have a very strange notion of customer respect.

They know how to take reservations but don't know how to hold the reservation and that is really the most important part of the reservation.
Very bad experience. No signage and took forever to find the place. CPA called me to come in early so that she could tell me she will take off 2 weeks and finish it when she returns. I brought a flash drive with all of my documents and she told me there is no way to get the files off it (she had two USB ports on the side of her monitor). And finally, she told me it would be $300-400 when I only needed my state return filed.
