Interesting product if you dive into it. Can be a good tool for a teacher, or a good tool for limiting students/kids to what they shouldn't have the access.

Blocksi is a harmful web extension that allows teachers to inspect people's screens. However, it is essentially privacy-invading spyware/malware. This document aims to stop these intrusions on online privacy and give kids the freedom they need without being tracked across their screens and locations. This is a specific type of spyware, and as California Penal Code Section 637.7 states, "No person or entity in this state shall use an electronic tracking device to determine the location or movements of a person. " Furthermore, tracking continues after school hours, which is legal spyware, which means that the personal information you, the student, are viewing is being monitored by the school system. This is clearly unethical and illegal under world data protection laws. In addition, not only Blocksi, but other programs also help schools track buttons, which is another clear violation of the world's data protection laws.

Blocksi limits the resources of young adolescents by prohibiting the student's creative limits and academic abilities by denying them access to helpful and legitimate resources that can be used in the everyday classroom for the absorption of helpful criteria at discretion of their teachers. Blocksi is what I would consider a hinder to the full development and growth of a young adolescents brain due to it prohibiting us from accessing resources needed when we are at home to be able to complete projects or assignments, and denying us access to study further knowledge of subjects that may interest us by blocking a lot of helpful resources.

It banned the world girls and we had to get it unblocked so we could write our scripts in our scriptwriting class

This company allows kids computers to stay blocked internet and they can’t do anything everything is blocked unless the exention is turned off
