The staff, Emilie, Lauri, Kevin, and Zara, have been amazing in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their assistance and friendliness have made my time here truly enjoyable.
Big shoutout to the maintenance crew as well. Their prompt response and efficiency in addressing any issues have contributed to a worry-free living experience.

I recently join the community at Bloom South Coast and it's been a really great experience so far. I had a lot of questions and the staff are very responsive to inquiries by both email and phone.

Lauri in particular was especially helpful and knowledgeable. By talking with Lauri, she helped me decide whether a studio or a one-bedroom apartment would be a better fit for my particular needs. After I signed my lease, she helped make my move as easy as possible by sharing tips on where best to park my vehicle make moving easier. She also helped me get familiar with the layout of the complex, walking me through the buildings again, as I was still getting oriented. She is simultaneously professional and relaxed so she puts you at ease.

I also interacted with Emilie via email and once in person and both she and Lauri helped make sure my application documents and lease documents were in order.

The apartment complex is new so it's lovely and I'm excited to live here.

I see all these low ratings based on the application process. I get it I do I got asked for more paperwork than I am usually asked for.

But they are a new luxury complex and are still figuring things out to give a poor rating for that reason is ridiculous to me.

Lauri has been very attentive answers all my calls follows up with me and has been great. She took care of me and I got my place in less than 5 days. I’m thankful for how easy this all was especially since I’m traveling from halfway across the country.

Can’t wait to be there this month.

Beautiful complex. Lauri and Tim were both graciously accommodating for viewing the apartments and for answering questions.

Terrible SERVICE! The application process is ridiculous. They want so much paperwork just to rent an apartment which is illegal or is it discrimination? That's illegal too. The consultant Emilie lied and gave me the run around from beginning to end. I quit its not worth it. Management will be hearing from my lawyer.

Such a beautiful new complex with really lovely amenities and a very nice staff. Looks like a great spot!
