Department Store Bloomingdale's reviews
14 If you’re looking for Tom Ford fragrance, see Josh @ Bloomingdale’s. He took the time to explain in depth of the many different fragrances. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly & provides amazing customer service.
Thank you Josh! Tom Ford is now my favorite fragrance!
I was shopping and trying on a lot of clothes, i was wanting to buy a lot of clothes, so i spent quite some time trying and walking around, but a woman made me extremely uncomfortable, i asked a question about my last purchase that happened the other day, it was a simple question, but for some reason I don't exactly know what it is, she started to stare at me, and then there was security around me while I did my shopping, and she went to check my purchases and bags after I paid, right after that she stayed at the door with security watching me leave the store, I left with a lot of purchases, but I wanted to understand, why did she think I wanted to steal something in that store? Now I prefer shopping elsewhere than having someone stare at me thinking I want to steal something, the woman works nights in the children's area, I would like to know her name to share.
I didn't like the overpriced selection, even though the things they had WERE very nice. I just couldn't afford anything so I left empty handed
My girlfriend bought something that soon after went on sale. Most other stores will price adjust prices over the phone. Instead, Bloomingdales makes you to drive to the store and waste energy to adjust sale prices. I tend to only write negative reviews when I feel my time is unnecessarily wasted, which Bloomingdales has achieved.
We drove in traffic to the mall only to find the store closed early on a Friday (4pm!) for a private media event. Now we have to try again. While the correct business hours were indeed reflected in maps, this is a very unusual closing time. At least have your super important party at like 7 or something. Not everyone enjoys going to the mall, especially twice.
Again, this is over a matter that should be a phone call or email, and not take hours of our time to resolve.
Care about your customers, not media and influences. Your priorites are wrong.
Terrible customer service. Nobody offered any help they just looked at you from afar like you did something wrong? Wide variety of selection, but nothing really caught my eye. Mostly distracted by the bad energy the store had.
So disappointed in the service today from Josh or Joe at the Tom Ford Counter. My mom really liked him and she called his personal phone today before we drove out from San Francisco to see if we they had Tobacco Vanilla, the whole purpose of us calling Joe was to make a trip out there. We told Joe that Judy my mom was gifted a D&G bottle of perfume and asked if we can switch it out and upgrade to Tom Ford. Over the phone Joe said come out here and I will take care of you. So that’s what we did after calling first. Mind you when we called he had us on hold over 30 min and I heard his whole conversation with his customer When we arrived, Joe then said he could not exchange our perfume. Joe did not have any consideration for our time, he was not honest and transparent and he doesn’t m value our time. In the past my mom has only made purchase from this guy. But today I saw how insincere he really is. We run a business and we closed early to pick up our item. At this point I don’t trust Josh or
It's a nice place to shop if you know what you want, unless you want perfume you'll struggle to find anyone to help, maybe that will change in the coming weeks/ months.
New experience walking the reclaimed building where I grew up working. The change is drastic.
It is one of my favorite department store chains. But this one is pretty dead. Never good deals or sales going on. It's just here to be here because this is Stanford.
This store offered me $125 gift card if I reach $600 in purchases, then I did spend that amount but instead of getting a $125 gift card, I just received a $50 gift card, I felt cheated, disappointed.
I didn't think it could get less interesting, but it did. There was a LOT of polyester (microplastic) clothing which I guess is vegan friendly. I don't know. I'm thinking this is a key reason for online retailers.
First time here. Not expecting to find a $200 white shirt
Not my type of store but really clean and we'll kept.
It's been 10 years and a new building and I see nothing has really changed.
I was in there for nearly 30 minutes trying on different shirts and suits. Not a single greeting or help. Guy's floor I don't think even had staff.
They lock the doors earlier than the posted closing times and will ignore you until they can officially say the store is closed. Ordering online from manufacturer is a better option if you don’t need it right away. There’s also Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, Sephora for cosmetics, perfumes. I’ve shopped here monthly on average but the service is is always lacking. 07/03/2021
