BLU EXPRESS CAR WASH

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I have been here before and the service has been cut and dry with no problem. When I pulled up to the girl working she was very rude with me then said “let me guess the $5 wash”. My family will never be using their services again in hope that we never have to experience her again.

Gotta love their manager monthly special. Unlimited washes for one car at 29 bucks. Well worth it!

Its a great car wash. I just have a problem with a company taking my credit card & continually charging me for 8 months. Never told me this. $19.99

Best car wash in the area. We come here often. They offer a great Managers Special for a Deluxe wash with all the works. $21 for two washes your recipe gives you a barcode to scan the next time. Dont Lose Your Receipt! If your affraid you will Snap a picture the employees at the stations will help you redeem your second wash. Each wash comes with a microfiber towel, air freshener and monthly deals. Free vacuumes are available for your use. And beofe you go be sure to fill your gas take its the cheapest Hidden Gas spot in the area.

Used to get out cars (4) washed here frequently but after the way an incident was handled, we will take our business somewhere else. Took one of our cars for a wash 2 weeks ago and their machine broke off the rear windshield wiper. Regardless of non-refund or not-covered incident, the lack of communication, never calling me back after several messages and no follow up convinced me this is a very poorly-run operation with no care for loyal customers. Good bye Blu express, will not return.

They need to widen their wash area some trucks are too wide. Would be better if they wash by hand not machine.

Ive never really like these type of car washes but I needed a quick was before heading out of town. Went with the popular $12 wash and tire special which comes with a rag, dashboard/steering wheel wipe, and a freshener which was pretty cool. I was really please how good it washed and dried my truck, and whatever they used on the wheels/tires really cleaned the wheels. I was impressed that's for sure.

Today was my first time trying this place and I cant believe I haven't tried it sooner. I loved it! The cheapest wash was 5 dollars, the staff was amazingly friendly, free vacuums, clips for the mats. I was so satisfied going and I'll definitely be returning!:)

This place is ok. Had my car washed here and there was some dirty place still on my car. You pay for what you get. You can see if from off the street. Wasn't to happy with this place. Will not return there.

Got the monthly membership with 3 boys car needs cleaning alot so unlimited washes is a good thing thanks

Gas prices can't be beat.locally of course. Staff is friendly and on the spot to better help. Car wash was effective and they offer free vacuum. All for $5.00. Really, how do they stay open with such cheap prices? Thanks Blue Express.

Pretty good monthly manager special membership! In addition to unlimited washes, members have their own access lane, so no waiting! They have so many vacuums and air blow lines, there’s never a wait. It’s a good spot!

This carwash has everything you need and you can be done inside and out within 30 minutes even if it's busy.

I also take advantage of their monthly membership service so I can wash my car whenever I want. This is great for rideshare drivers and anyone who likes a tidy car!

Repeat customer, will return again soon

This place was great for a couple of months after it opened. Now it's just OK. The dryer doesn't do a great job anymore, the vacuum sucks but not in the way it's supposed to. I'll go back but it's just not the same. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent car wash. Low cost. Lots of stations to vacuum your mats and clips to hold them. They are quite fast also.line might be a bit long but it moves fast. Lowest price wash is$5! Nice! My price! The wash system is also quite good.lots of good spinning brushes that do a great job of removing grime. The blowers at the end are also strong and get the water off. I highly recommend this

5 dollar basic wash which does pretty well for a mechanical wash. Vacuums are very strong. Air spray is strong but nozzle is too wide for effective drying of excess water drops.

Great car wash fora very reasonable price. The cheapest wash is as good as you need, so $5 is a great deal.

For a drive thru, it does a great job, the free vacuum stations and the cleaning towel are very helpful.

So the car wash was empty, I put the vacuum hose down for 10 sec and this rude short pink hair female approaches me. She was very rude saying you can’t put the hose down otherwise you will be charged if it’s damage. I replied by saying I didn’t know and she took the hose, I told her hey I’m still using it and she ignored me. She could of approached me in a friendly tone and I would of understand, but she talked to me in a rude tone. She should find a different job since she clearly doesn’t like her job.

Separate lanes for non members at 7 15 AM?
Country club mentality at a dollar store environment. The bad vibes confirmed what I had read. I cannot rate the product because I had seen enough. You only get one chance at a first impression. I won't be back. You might want to ditch the attitude.
