Blue Compass RV Santee (Holland RV Center)

NIGHTMARE! The worst customer service for a big ticket purchase that I have ever experienced - and I have a lot of experience. Once off the lot, we were ignored when attempting to get the balance of what we paid for. My experience:
1) not friendly (that doesn’t bother me)
2) nobody answers the phone
3) leaving multiple without a response (that does bother me)
4) on the two or three occasions where we did speak to a representative, promises were made with no follow through - still waiting to hear back.

We made our own repairs to the many shocking defects that came with our brand new trailer due to lack of confidence in Blue Compass. Paid cash, drove off the lot, and have been blown off since.

For the record, I’m okay with the trailer. I’m really pissed about the way below average respect and consideration we received throughout this process.

Save yourself the heartache: shop dealerships before buying the rig, and avoid Blue Compass/Holland RV in San Marcos - or any other city to be safe. Still can’t locate a manager who returns calls.

If the rating allowed for no stars, that would be the appropriate rating.

We had a great experience buying our new RV here! Staff are friendly and informative and truly people who enjoy their work sharing information with customers. We were treated with the utmost respect and are happy to purchase a new RV here. If you like the informational approach when making a purchase, as opposed to a pressured approach, then this is the right place for you. We felt that we had purchased exactly what we needed and that we had met some genuinely helpful, courteous people. This is what the experience of making a purchase should be!

Hope Blue Compass is better than Holland was. Sales was great but service left was a different story. Had solar installed and it didn't work was told all 6 batteries were bad. Replaced them and the battery place said solar wasn't working. Took it to santee and tech jumped on the roof and discovered the solar wasn't hooked up. Works great now

Incredibly patient team of employees at Holland RV in Santee. Not only did they help us out once, but twice when we were officially ready to buy. We never felt pressured by the staff to buy. The staff at Holland RV are incredible, and our final walk through was in depth and over an hour long. We are incredibly pleased and highly recommend buying here!

Purchased our new RV from Holland RV in Santee, CA. Top notch experience. It's not a fancy lot but we can't say enough good things about this place. Mike, Matt, Marty & Jeff were awesome from Sales, GM, Finance and Service. We got a great deal on our Imagine 2970rl. It was an offer we just couldn't pass up! Thank you Holland RV Santee! We had a great experience when we bought our trailer from Holland RV recently! All the staff was very friendly and we never felt pressured or pushed to buy. They were always there to answer any questions and helped us get the right fit trailer.

The Team at Holland were super helpful and took their time showing my wife a number of Grand Design units. It's nice to experience a personal touch in an industry not typically known for it!

Family owned great food. I had their Reuben sandwich and my husband had their green chili hamburger
