Responsive and helpful. They came out for a furnace service call and helped us isolate and understand the exact issue. While we declined replacing the part, we appreciated the new understanding and advice.

1/19/24 update: Since our original experience, we have continued to have nothing but excellent work and support from Blue Diamond. We ended up replacing our leaking old system with a new heat pump system and the experience was great. Blue Diamond continues to be our go-to company for our HVAC needs.
