Be wary of taking any service work orders from them. We cut them off years ago for not paying their invoices and ask for a credit card up front to do the service. Though even now that doesnt fix the problem as the credit card information they give out gets declined and when trying to resolve this they give you a "we are having bank issues we can pay through quickbooks or send out a check but that will delay payment"
Not worth the hassle.
