Mr Michael is such a God's person. He really helped me out with my situation and that relieved so much. I really like living here and enjoy the community. I won't hesitate to refer friends and family members

I love this community. The office staff, Michael and Felise, are friendly and communication is always effective.

Blue Rock Village was my first apartment. Immediately I feel in love with the quietness of this neighborhood. Living in a complex this size you would expect there to be lots of problems but I had a pleasant experience all 3 years that I resided here. Management is very responsive, maintenance responds very quickly to request, and they keep the property super clean! I’m only leaving to move closer to work. Neighbors are friendly and parking for guest are great!

5 Stars goes to quick reply when I have a questions about my rent. Micheal is very prompt to follow up with no delays.

Perfect place great location, the staff and maintenance team are always friendly understanding and attentive. Maintenance has always been very sufficient every time I have had an issue, and the staff is amazing everything I needed help with they were able to take care of and happy to help. Management is also prompt in answering my concerns. There’s been a numerous occasions where each team member has gone above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful to be a part of this village. Five years here and counting. “One of my favorite places I’ve ever lived” the entire complex is kept clean and hazard free. I love everything about BLUE ROCK Village Apartment homes.

Michael Denham is such a great and spiritual person. We have been living there for over 6 years now and that’s the place we call home. He helped us tremendously and whatever concerns we had, he will definitely resolve them for us. Blue Rock is a family friendly community. I would refer friends and family members to live there.

At first when I moved into the 1900 part of the apartments, everything was fine. But lately there are kids loitering, jumping fences, shooting fireworks at midnight and we got people stealing! This complex looks nice on the outside and the maintenance is super nice and good. I also like the secure package lockers. My issue is with the ghetto Tennants. You can't screen for that unfortunately
Edit: It is January 2023. People keep crashing into the call box and it HAS NOT BEEN fixed for 3 months The gate is constantly breaking and won't open. And the neighbor above is SO LOUD FROM 10PM TO 1AM. Management has done nothing!

Overpriced and ragged when I moved in and ragged now. Washer not working 3 was now. One of the worst apts I've lived in. I'm looking for a house. This place needs renovating.

I have been a tenant five years this month. I must say that my experience at Blue Rock has been amazing. I feel safe and the Office Staff along with Maintenance team has been GREAT! There is a few minor things I wish for though. Overall a great experience

I lived at this place for over 2 years. Never had any issues. The leasing people are very friendly and the location was great.

The community manager - Michael shouted "JESUS" on the phone on me. I had few questions about moving to a place ive never been before and some about the application process. I guess it was too much for him but still not good to treat possible clients like that.he already sounded mad onset of our conversation too.the place looks nice but wouldn't like to stay there with someone like that hating on me

Is not a safe place, somebody broke in to my car and is a problem every day to find a parking spot,

I applied for an apartment at Blue Rock and was able to move in less than two weeks! I moved from Richmond, CA and was a little hesitant to move to vallejo being that I would have to pay the toll everyday to get to the east bay. After seeing what these apartments had to offer I decided it was worth it. My apartment came with a fireplace and a washer/dryer in the unit! Dee Dee was the office rep that assisted me with moving in. She was very kind and also work extremely hard to get me everything on my wish list which was an upstairs unit with a fireplace and washer/dryer. I've been here for about two weeks and let me tell you these apartments are hella peaceful! Way better than the last apartments I lived in Richmond. Str8 Ghetto! I don't mind a lil action here and there which I'm sure these apartments experience sometimes, but Westridge apartments in Richmond. Bruh! My neighbors are hella cool here. These apartments definitely have a laid back vibe. Theres a lot of room for storage in these apartments and the balcony/patios are nicely sized. Like I said, I've only been here for two weeks so I'm going to give this place 5 stars for right now. If anything pops up I'll be back to update my review. The view from my balcony is hella nice and there is a beautiful trail about 5min walking distance from my unit. You can see the bridge and all of vallejo from up here.

Blue Rock Village, Is a nice place to live, very quiet and friendly. The office staff is very helpful and kind. The maintenance is superior. Great staff of people.
I lived there 5 years. And would recommend it to anyone. A little pricey. Don’t expect much back from
Your deposit. I had two men cleaning two days, and was still charged 6 hours of cleaning a stove I never used at all In 5 years.and a bath tub. On the stove I didn’t take it apart like they did to find dirty.
