This company changed ownership. The previous owner (Su) was reasonable. This new owner (Jack Li) unfortunately is a scam and consumers be aware. I recently called for picking up a refrigerator, a washer and dryer (3 items) from Sears Outlet in San Leandro to a Pittsburg rental property (right off bay point San Marcus area). Not to mention they are an hour late, Li charged me $285 and he said his other guy need $30 tips. He even said he would waive his own tips for me (LOL he is the owner of the business). Total 2 hours 15 minutes. Even if I order from sears outlet online, their shipping fee for all 3 items would be $150. Just because I used them before with the previous owner, I gave them the business. Not Any More!
