Doing business with Blue Sky Travel twice this month for visa and airplane ticket. Ms. Helen was friendly, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommended!

Do NOT use this place to help you do any sponsorship for a tourist visa. They are very inexperienced and the people they use or work within Vietnam are also inexperienced. Because they did not submit enough, or proper documents needed to complete the visa process to visit the US, my in-laws failed the interviewed. And when the process failed, they suggested that we should pay additional fee to start the processes again. Really? ! The woman that work there was very rude and at times would raise her voice when asking a question. The husband was kind but not his wife. Will NEVER come here again.

Helped me well at the beginning of citizenship paperwork for my wife. Then at the end scammed me for a bogus fee that served no purpose for me. This was a while ago. At the time we were Too far into everything for us to pull away from them. Instead of making it right they acted like nothing ever happened.

Terrible business. They used fake signature to sign my mon document and blame she did to ask her paymore money to re-do her documents. This business is a steal. Do not come
