George - real knows what he is doing, Over the years I have had a number of windshields replaced, George replacement was the best service I have ever had and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using George, he is EXCELLENT

Gave guy a call. And was very rude. He said. U called me a couple minutes ago. How many times are you gonna call me. Very rude

My entire family has been calling George for years to fix our windshields. He truly does quality work and is very easy to communicate with. Just give him a ring and he'll come to you. He's also fixed large cracks on my car that was not very fixable, but now I can barely see a scratch. Not only is he a pleasure to work with, but he's very ethical. If your car truly does not need repair then he won't push his services. His prices are also very reasonable. Would highly recommend working with him, you won't regret it!

Rude person W/ heavy accent answered the phone, asked me to send him a picture of my cracked windshield and as he was providing me with the phone number to send it to, I simply asked for him to hold while I grabbed a pen and he hung up on me. When I called him back to determine If/why he hung up he said I figured you’d call me back and WHAT do you want? No apology or explanation for hanging up on me. Needless to say, I will not do business w/ a company that provides poor customer service from the start.

Gave me a price over the phone, came to the vehicle, did the job quickly, salvaged the old stickers on the windshield and took payment card on the spot. Great Job

So rude! I called asking for a quote he said to write a email with the vin # so I tried searching the email I couldn’t find it so I gave him another call. He answered super rude saying “ I already got a call about this car” and told me to send an email. I explained I couldn’t find it and he gave me the email super rude & fast I didn’t have time to write it down. I told him to give me a second and he hung up. These people must not like money. Oh well

I probably called 3 times at most the first time my boyfriend called, the second time I called since I couldn’t find the email and the third after you hung up rudely. No way I would call 7 times. I would definitely not beg anyone if I have to pay them obviously. So on top of that lying about that. And arguing with what could of been a client over a review. That’s pretty funny. No one is trying to ruin your bussiness I don’t even know you that’s the only weird thing here. It’s called feedback and if you own a bussiness it’s what you receive to improve on your bussiness. Obviously. I strongly suggest you work on customer service skills it will definitely help your bussiness and thank you for taking the time to respond. Next time don’t get mad when someone is trying to help your bussiness, after all without your clients your bussiness is nothing. Thank you and have a great day your welcome on the feedback (:

Great service. Our company vehicle was broken into over the 4th of July weekend. George was quick to respond and was able to meet my tech to replace the shattered window. He also came to our office and took care of a couple of chips on our personal vehicle windshields. Highly recommend.

George was actually early for the appointment, which was fine by me, and when he said it would be done in a half hour, it was done in that time frame. He was very polite and professional, as well as his helper. I hope that I don’t have to have my windshield replaced again, but if so I know who to call. I would highly recommend George.
