2To date, our experience with Blue Star Gas has been a positive one. We wanted to downsize our tank from a 500 gallon one to a 250 gallon one since we now only use propane to heat water in a tank-less water heater. So I reached out to Blue Star and spoke with Nicole who is very knowledgeable and who helped get the ball rolling. She explained what would be involved and went over the tank rental costs and costs of the initial fill. On the day of installation, Steve and Adam came to our home, removed the old tank after first removing what gas was still in it, installed the new tank, filled it with the gas removed from the old tank and put on a new regulator. They too were knowledgeable and sticklers for detail which I really appreciate. The next day, the tank was filled and the propane tank monitoring device was the placed on the tank. When the first bill arrived I noticed an error had been made. I called Blue Star and with the help of Mary Ann and Nicole the issue was resolved and apologies given. Everyone from Blue Star we've had contact with has been friendly, personable and knowledgeable and that has made this a truly positive and pleasant experience.

Gary and Chad came out the other day and did some equipment repair and were very fast and did a very efficient job. Mike has always been very helpful when it comes to knowledge and experience on their products. Renee in the office always greets you with a friendly hello and how can I help you. Overall everyone from delivery man, service people, and office management has alway treated me like I was their most important customer.
