16They came late on the day of the event to bring more equipments. What's worst is that they were not able to bring everything needed and had to go back. Our event became a disaster because of them.
I ordered tables and chairs several weeks before the event. The chairs and cushions were good but I was informed the tables I ordered were not available and small tables were left. No apology no warning. This completely messed up my plans. I called to complain and have e-mailed many times. Aftercare is non-existent! They don't care about their customers at all. Would not use again or recommend sadly.
This company is ripping off their clients from the kind and quality of service they provide. They're definitely not worth your money and also a waste of time and effort
I didn't like the quality of the deliverables. They promised more while I was viewing their portfolio but delivered less. It's an unacceptable and unethical business practice. Avoid if you have other options.
Though their services are affordable, I really disliked the quality of demo booths. They really need to offer value for money to all clients. I will not trust them again!
Customer satisfaction is certainly not a priority for them. No matter how much you discuss things with them, they would just do whatever they want to do. I had a very frustrating experience while dealing with these people.
They don't know how to accommodate their clients' requests. They would only do the designs they like to do. We met with them and discusses how we wanted the design to turn out but they didn't approved. We were shocked because as far as we know, we are the client. It's funny that they wouldn't accommodate our requests. It's their loss anyway.
This place doesn't know how to respect their clients. They always think that they know better. We inquired about their services a few days ago and although the designs they have in their portfolio are quite good, they weren't the vision we have in mind and they didn't like it.
Download their app to play with the designs for an annual event of our company. You have to set up a profile first before you can do anything, so I did. There were default than you expect. Then made an inquiry and never really got a response via email or call back, only an automated email.
The secretary is clueless as to what their company does, and what their products are. She couldn't answer our inquiries and has to ask someone else for each and every question we have.
They have impressive designs which you can choose from their portfolio. Our company has different ideas from those they have and would like to incorporate that. They were then disinterested in entertaining us because of that I guess. I think they wanted an easier job and not make another design customized for only one client. It's not a good attitude to have towards clients, we went to another company instead.
Mixed experience with Blueprint.
On the one hand, we had a very tight turnaround between rental inquiry and event. Blueprint was able to provide us furniture, and their delivery team was timely and professional.
On the other hand, the quality of furniture is a bit disappointing. Grey couches were a bit dirty and misshapen, green couches were wrinkled on ends. Half or more of the grey foam chairs were broken. Either the chair handle or inner back/seat divider was detached, causing chair to lose its structured shape. 2/3 of throw pillows were dingy. 2 stars off for quality of furniture.
This is my first experience with Blueprint Studios furniture. I had high hopes as I'd heard good things from others. If Blueprint NorCal had delivered furniture which looked as good as the inventory on its website, they would have exceeded my expectations (and received 5 stars).
This company has not structure and strategy, leading to long working hours with no work life balance. Unethical leadership overrun with blatant politics and inefficiency. Job growth or promotions is nonexistent if you are not in the close circle of the upper management and those incompetent and disruptive friends of the management are protected and promoted.
Its Time You Stop the Favoritism
The management is extremely biased towards some staff members. They are given every privilege while the rest of the staff is forced to work like a dog.
First, they barely have any big tables, and the ones they have are so old and frayed at the edges that you will be embarrassed by them!
