The sandwich was awful! It was swimming in the spread which made the bread horribly soft. I had to ask them to cut the sandwich. When she gave it back the box underneath was greasy and scrambled eggs was all under the box. So I started removing it and the nice guy behind the counter in which I really like stopped what he was doing and helped me. The bacon was so soft, no crispness to it at all I almost threw up! I used to go everyday and brought my family and out of town guests there. I stopped going for about a month after having a bad experience but it’s actually gotten worse! With the right workers you could have people lined up outside cuz I know how good your food could be cuz I’ve experienced it but I’m very disappointed and won’t be back!?

Genuinely baffled how they mess up orders so badly. More than half the orders not there. Dont waste your time and money.

Real bad. It isn’t a coincidence that all recent reviews are negative. Very, very slow and disorganized. Person cooking tried very hard but this seems like an operational issue related to efficiency.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE OF THIS SHOP. Their is this really short girl who’s always in front really rude and my friends complain about her service too. We need friendly people we as customers aren’t rude but it got to the point where I had to complain.

Worse place, i used to love this place, it used to be best customer service, food was amazing. I went today service sucks the worse the ladies where with the door close and they look annoyed. The food is even worse i throw it out i regret going there, the hot chocolate was just warm not hot. Horrible

Been getting breakfast delivery for the past 7 days in LA as an Aussie I knew this cafe had Aussie connections before I knew it did, purely because of the coffee ️ keep up the good grind

I order through Uber, and they mess up the order 50% of the time now. It’s a shame, because I’ve been a regular for a long time. There is no place to leave notes, or a message. It’s a shame, because when they’re good, they’re really good. I guess I have to find a new weekend favorite. ‍️ Update: just changed this to a 1 because they messed up my order AGAIN! Last time! No way to contact them, no way to leave comments when you order. I’m done!

This cafe has changed so much. It used to be a cool spot but now it's turned into a McDonald's style system of digital ordering with no human interaction. I really feel for the staff as they seem to be overwhelmed with all the online orders and are jam packed with constant orders.

Staff was unenthused and dismissive. Coffee was great. Not a fan of the computer system to order as it removes the sought-after human interaction in a coffeeshop.

The young man who took our order today was both inattentive and got both coffee orders wrong. I mostly went to try the Milo, a drink with malt. There was so little malt in it, I'd call it a "suggestion of malt" rather than a real malted milk taste. Not going back. Disappointing all around.

We order through postmate and it came on time but unfortunately the avocado toast was all black and tasted bad!

I order the same $13 avocado toast almost every day. App says pickup time 10 minutes but it actually take 30 minutes. But the most shocking thing about this place is customer service. Not a single hello ever (been coming here 4-5 times a week for a while), staff won’t even look your way. And if you happen to complain about waiting an extra 20-25 minutes the 18-20 years old young ladies who work there won’t even apologise but give you the most arrogant “there is nothing we can do about it. Here’s your food you’re good to go”. Staff is not compatible with this friendly neighbourhood of Studio City. The Store Manager’s (Chelsea) lack of social skills is reflected on the entire team. This place needs a complete makeover.

Poor customer experience. Customers should be greeted when entering the cafe, instead I was ignored and had no idea how to order until I noticed the kiosks. First and last time at Bluestone for me.

Staff is just hanging out. Poor customer service. Didn’t seem like anyone was being managed.

Staff was not friendly. You have to place your orders through a kiosk. There are items at the register where you pickup orders. Items available are water and snacks. I asked if I should pay at the register where a guy was. He said to use the kiosk. The item I had was water and was not listed on the kiosk.

TBH this is hands down the best cafe I’ve been to, in all my life & travels. The staff is always hustling when I visit, I don’t know how they handle all the online orders that zoom in there on top of their in store clientele but they actually prepare everything from scratch and the quality never disappoints. Chelsea & Allison are magicians with the coffee, I’ve never had such a perfectly balanced, smooth latte! (with house made vanilla syrup made from Madagascar vanilla beans? ! What? !) Hector has an artesian touch with the toast dishes, pre-slicing the toast before adding the Avo-mash with carefully placed bacon and secret spices? ! What? ! So insanely good! To those who left a negative review about this place, why don’t you go to St*rbucks where you belong! This is high end baby!
