A great place to live. Alberto, the manager, is a godsend, and their maintenance guys, Rich and Henry are great too:) Sometimes you gotta remind them a few times about pending work, but they do get it done and fix it right! In the few emergency maintenance needs we had, they were at the door within minutes. We would have stayed so much longer, but we just needed more space. This place treated us very well in the years we lived there and we'll miss the community and management. Also, because this is never something you can really figure out except from other tenants, we never had an issue with mail. None of our packages were ever stolen in the like, 4 years we lived there.

Alberto Alberto Alberto. He is probably the best Leasing Agent and community manager I will ever have in my life! He honestly sold me on the apartment complex with his warm personality and genuine passion. I lived alone here which can be a little lonely and he made it feel very communal by being SO friendly. Loved my experience here and actually made it sad to say goodbye!

I've moved to Bluffside Terrace during covid and I'm so glad I found this place. Our 1-BR renovated apartment has wooden floors and carpet in the bedroom, we love the kitchen open space and got our underground parking space! From the first day coming to check it out, Alberto (the manager) gave us such a warm welcome and he's one of the reasons we fell in-love with this place. He's seriously our guardian angel and we're so grateful for all his hard work here!

Update: Now that we've lived here for a little over a year, I just wanted to say I still stand by my five star review! The building manager, Alberto, really makes this place work. The maintenance team, Rich and Henry, are always on top of fixing things. Honestly my only "complaint" is the fact that the building does need some updates because it's old, but I know that's up to the owner so I don't hold it against anyone who works here:)

We’ve lived here for about a month now and are honestly so relieved to be here compared to where we were previously living. The manager, Alberto, is awesome! He is super friendly and is always on top of getting things done whenever an issue arises. We had a couple things that needed to be replaced when we moved in and him and the maintenance team took care of it within the week. The neighbors have all been nice and generally quiet. We are glad to have made the move here.

Bluffside terrace this is the place to live!
I can say that it’s great location and facilities.
But the best part about it it’s the building manager Alberto!

He is absolutely incredible!
He is making sure that everything alright, whenever we have a problem he’s the first to help us and solve it.
He is very attentive to our needs and keep the standard of living very high for us!
And above all it seems like he really cares! Cares for the building and care for the
tenants.
I truly grateful for him.

Alberto property manager is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. We’re from NorCal and he gave us a FaceTime tour of Apartment and the building. Our son is a soon to be college grad and toured in person says very clean and neighborhood feels safe and walkable to many surroundings restaurants and shops.

Have only experienced the best from the management and the apartment. There have been no issues and it appears that they are constantly improving the apartments to look better. If you ever need help, the Apartment Manager, Adalberto, is super friendly and always willing to help. It's very hard to find management that cares and I can say he definitely does. Highly recommend if you're looking for something in the area and want to be near everything. Great location with shops, bars, etc.nearby.

Worst apartment! Full of Roches. I couldn't keep any of my groceries in the kitchen. I threw my food sometimes because of it. You cannot sleep after seeing the Roaches running around your kitchen. We tried the pest control for 4 times contiously and stayed out of the home for half a day everytime in this pandemic situation. But nothing worked because the whole building is full of pest. Thankfully we moved out of the apartment now. I had to throw most of my furnitures because of the Roaches eggs.

Please don't fall for this apartment!

A nice cozy apartment, it is in a great location with everything really close. There's a Ralph's just a five minute walk away and a bunch of good restaurants. The manager Alberto is very nice, always a smile on his face and always willing to help with anything we need

I am sharing my personal experience in this apartment building. This building is a pest world. You never even want to rent any units even if they give a month rent free for you. You will pay the price later. Only kind person in this apartment is maintenance guy "Riche". Except him the whole management sucks. They will take the money out of your deposit and run their business! I have been living in US more than a decade in different states and in CA for 5 years. This is the first building I felt why I rented there.

This building is full of bed bugs and pests even in common areas. Every 2 weeks you need to go and stand outside for the pest control in this pandemic. A person who moved in recently has to move out in 5 days due to the pests which they saw. Double think twice before renting here.

Everything's gone a lot better than I expected, to be honest. The unit I'm living in was renovated just before I moved in, and it looks like the rest of the building is gradually being fixed up (the building itself isn't run-down - it's just old).

The property manager (Orlando) lives on-site and is responsive. Maintenance requests get taken care of promptly. People have mentioned pest issues in the past, but I haven't seen any signs of bugs other than the occasional fly.

It's definitely not the most luxurious apartment complex, but it's comfortable, reasonably priced, and the units are decently sized. You might not want to settle in permanently to raise a family here, but for younger people looking for a place to start out or for people moving to Studio City on a budget, it's a good option.

Moved here after graduating college with my roommate 2 years ago and for what it is and our financial situation, it's really nice! 2 bed and 2 bath, reasonable price, it is carpeted though. We have two parking spots which was really important to us as we are both working. The location is nice and convenient, literally right next to Ralph's and multiple freeway entrances.

We've been here once the manager, Orlando, started and it has been such a pleasant experience especially compared to our last apartment. He is always accommodating to us in any way he can especially with the smallest requests. The maintenance workers are super kind as well and always so genuinely concerned of whatever needs to be fixed. It's super appreciated to know we are in good hands.

They are not fair with their tennant's, they need to live in an apartment that hasn't been renovated and see how long they could stand it living in a delapatated situation.

The. Apartments are ok, with carpet and medium size. Rooms, bathrooms are the worst thing you have here, very nice kitchen fridge
Garage parking gated, pool useless small and often dirty
Management good, esterior. Could be better but at the end for the price. It deserves 3 stars
Nice schools around, nice parks. No crime at all
