I have been meaning to yelp our experience but hey.we were busy with theamazing wedding. Earlier this year my daughter made an appointment to view dresses and her consultant was Jolie Brady and we were so UNIMPRESSED with her lack of knowledge and negative demeanor. She seemed that she was miserable in her choice of work. She showed us dresses that we already viewed elsewhere but at higher prices. She rushed us out because she said "she booked another appointment" and it was time to wrap it up. She had no original thoughts or suggestions. I asked for her business card and she told me "I already gave one to your daughter" in a rude tone. And then handed my daughter some sad empty "goody bag" with an out dated bridal magazine. It was really strange. Her vibe was simply lacking. There was a beautiful dress that my daughter was interested in but we went to a boutique around the corner and purchased her dress elsewhere. Her day was amazing at the Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades and fortunately unhappy people come and go. So if you want a spectacular experience trying on dresses I would suggest you skip this place all together.it was a waste of time.

This store charged my card $50 for cancelling my appointment after 24 hours even though I told the manager that I was not aware of a 24 hour cancellation policy and even though they were close on Monday so I couldn’t even call that day to cancel my appointment for Wednesday. I called on Tuesday the day before to cancel without knowing of any policy. I asked the manager if she could kindly waive it this one time as I was not aware they had this policy and she said no. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. That’s not true. She’s the manager. If she has a kind heart and can be empathetic she can do it if she chooses. This is not okay. Her lack of support is awful. I can’t imagine how they treat actual customers. I told her I was going to write a review based on my experience and she said go ahead. No shame and doesn’t care. When you have a business you should most certainly care about reviews and keeping a positive reputation and should at least TRY to help out but she didn’t even try. I cannot believe people can be so selfish. This will not go unnoticed. I will post publicly about what has happened to me so that others can see the character of this business.

This was one of the best days of my life! My first time shopping for a wedding dress. I had barely looked at dresses - gave a picture of a mermaid dress - Jolie helped me and was AMAZING! She she been with them for 8 years and is WHY I found my dress. She had 4 dresses picked out - the first was the one I envisioned, dress 2 was really nice/very different, dress 3 was gorgeous/completely different and loved it, the 4th dress was THE ONE - a combination of dress 1 and 3. It was better than any dress I could of dreamed of! Use this place - you will find 'THE DRESS' here because they know what they are doing and they are BEAUTIFUL! My mom and good friend had tears - what a special day at Blush

Blush was such an amazing experience and Jessica was absolutely fantastic! I came alone for my appointment and we started off with a 10 min chat about my venue, style, wedding details, price point, etc. From there she pulled about 8-9 dresses based some photos of dresses that I brought, and then pulled a some dresses that I hadn't even really considered but that she thought I might like, just based on our conversations and my overall vibe/style. She was incredibly patient and carefully adjusted/clipped me in to each dress, and was super helpful taking photos and videos of each dress for me. I had other appointments scheduled later that day/week and I appreciated that she wasn't pushy or trying to make a sale before I was ready. I went to my 3 other appointments and tried on 25+ more dresses.and in the end, I headed back to Blush to say YES not to one of the dresses in the photos I brought in, but to one of the dresses SHE selected! Thank you again Jessica! You are the best dress clipper in the industry and I'm so excited for my wedding day! ;)

This place is wonderful - white glove service for every single customer. I needed special arrangements because I’m an out of town bride. They anticipated all my needs and came up with an easy solution to help store my dress until it’s ready for alterations! Can’t wait to show the world my dress

I had the most incredible experience with Paige, my stylist at the Blush Bridal and I can't praise her enough. She was an absolute delight to work with—friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. From the moment I stepped into the store, her warm and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease. She took the time to understand my vision and guided me through the entire selection process with exceptional expertise. Her professionalism shone through in every interaction, making me feel confident and well-cared for. Thanks to her exceptional service, my first wedding dress fitting experience was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Paige as a consultant to anyone in search of their dream wedding dress.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Blush! The first and only store I went to! My consultant, Hailey, was top notch. She pulled dresses that were true to the style I was going for, explained things about the dress or designer, and was super patient. I felt so pampered and special there.:) not to mention it’s such a cute vibe! 10/10 recommend!

I am positively over the moon about my experience at Blush and particularly my consultant, Jolie! She had incredible intuition when it came to pulling dresses that fit my (very specific) preferences, listened intently to my likes and dislikes, and made me feel like a princess!

I had an amazing experience at blush. Everyone I met was super sweet and welcoming. My stylist Hailey was just amazing and found what I was looking for immediately. She went above and beyond to find my dream dress and made the experience of saying yes to the dress just amazing.

Scam. I would give 0 stars if I could. My fiance went in today to get her dress and when she did her dress was way too big. When she went to find the dress they told her they would go a little bigger and fix with alterations, but the sizes she got was alot bigger. They said they will alter it but the alterations would have been almost the price of the dress it's self. The women next to my fiance was having the same issues and again they said they will alter which would easily be over 1200. Stay away as there is no refunds. She ended buying another dress today for the price of alterations.

Jolie was my stylist and I absolutely loved working with her. She is so kind and made the whole experience feel so special! I even got teary eyed when I tried on the first dress. The whole experience was like magic and I have tried on dresses at other places in the area since and nothing compared to my experience at Blush. They even gave me a really cute goodie tote bag that says “Totes engaged”. If you’re looking for a bridal shop that truly cares about their brides, I’d highly recommend trying this place out!
