6This BMO bank is horrible since they changed from B of W. I closed my account and they continued to send overdraft fees in the amount of $510.89, and threatened to report me to the credit bureau. I tried going In person and calling to no avail. I never received a call back as promised. I even filed a complaint with their corporate office in SF. They screwed up my mortgage, credit and utility payments and caused me countless hours of distress. I am a disabled senior citizen and the are trying to bully and rob me. BEWARE this bank is heartless and evil!
This branch profiles and then makes up dumb excuses why they cannot cash my son's check
When you open an account here be sure to check all the fine print for monthly fees that they may charge. If I was informed of these fees before they affected my account I would probably still do buisness here!
Charged me for 4 overdraft fees. After I already transferred funds management refused to do the right thing giving me small print excuses and will not even call me back. I will be taking my money elsewhere at the first opportunity.
Bad place to have a business account.managers dont return call requests and they nickel and dime you at every oppritunity even after 8 years
