This bank is no different than BOTW same situations. I’m tired of my card getting locked every other week. I have to go in and pull all my money out because of these issues. I understand scammers are out there but you are picking the wrong people. Iv had late fees on rent car payments and bills because of these issues

I want to give this bank some tecognition, especially to Monica and Dan for quickly addressing a minor issue I had with some processing. They helped addressed the overdraft fee instantly explaining the process of the 3 day holds on some purchases. Thank you so much. So far so good!
