Worst car purchasing experience. Bought the car in October and told the dealership we did not want to register or title in the state of California since we live in another state and that we would pick up the car with a trailer and transport it back to our home state. They titled in California even though we picked it up with a trailer & now I have to apply for transfer of title. May have my car for 3 months before I am able to have license plates on them. Wish they would have did the process correctly would have saved me a lot of headache and time.

Very pleasant and smooth buying experience. No mark ups nor pushy about warranties/unnecessary add-ons. Melissa Morovich was honest and very professional dealing with my vehicle delivery. Manuel Sanchez was excellent at showcasing the features of the car. Definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a BMW.

Overall terrible experience this dealership. I financed a BMW at 2.99%. However after signing paperwork I went home and noticed 4.99%. I brought this up mediately and had a struggle to get this deal changed. And after some work, I was able to get everything fixed. The finance and sales manager were fired. They promoted the service manager for the ridiculed my requests. Additionally, when I brought my other two vehicle car in for service, they damaged it and declined to take responsibility. The previous service manager and now sales manager said my car “wasnt new enough “ for them to cause the damage. Additionally he is very dismissive and disrespectful.

Unfortunately, I would avoid the dealership at all cost. Valencia, Central coast, Southern California, Northern, California, Fresno. Dealerships are much better. (Santa Maria, Fresno, Valencia, no particular order.)

Even Motor City will get you a better deal on the BMW than BMW Bakersfield. This place is full of scam artists.

Great staff at Bakersfield BMW. The service manager (Jim L)
and his team of service writers is great. Amanda Bartlett is very good at her job. Always have my loaner car ready for me and when I pick up my car it is nice and clean. Best experience at BMW of Bakersfield

My vehicle is totaled. They ruined my car and returned it to me by saying my engine light was on and I need a new engine. There was nothing wrong with my engine when I took it into the shop. I took it in for them to check my oil and transmission fluid. They returned it to me by saying we don't have a way of checking your transmission. This dealership should not even be in business.

Great experience in buying my BMW. As an out of state buyer I needed extra help and got that from Jose and Aldo. Deal was done quickly and professionally and car was better than presented when it arrived. Aldo kept me up to date through out the process and was really an overall great experience. Having dealt with 3 other BMW dealerships - Bakersfield was the best! Great service - great car! Awesome! Thanks Aldo - thanks Jose!

The service department here has really taken care over the years. Big fan of BMW performance but the knock on the brand has been its reliability as the cars put on miles. BMW of Bakersfield managed to get a major AC repair covered after the warranty had expired, saving thousands of dollars, and mitigating the biggest downside to owning one of these fun to drive cars - the cost to maintain them. Big fan of BMW of Bakersfield!

If I could give this particular BMW dealer zero stars I would. I'll start off with this, if you are a female and pretty go somewhere else otherwise the females at this dealer will not acknowledge you at all.
I had went to order my trunk Emblem that was stolen. The next day I went with my daughter, we walked in and no one said good morning or a word to us it was as if we weren't there. So I walked up to the counter and asked for my part soon after I asked how much it would be to put it on my car one of the females asked another from the parts area and she got bothered with attitude and told her to tell us the price.when I was right there listening and watching everything that not even my 16 yr old could imagine what or why we were being treated this way. Lucky for us we went to the one in Studio City and they put it on as a courtesy. I work in Los Angeles lived in North Hollywood my whole life still have my place out there and bought a house in Bakersfield but never have I encountered such rudeness from a dealer whether it's a female
or a male associate especially a BMW dealer. The kindness and respect is such a different experience in Bakersfield. I will never go there again nor do I recommend anyone going there if you want to be treated with some dignity. I'm in the medical field and I would never treat anyone in a rude manner because of how they look or gender. What a disappointment especially in front of my daughter because that is not what I show my children how to be as a human being. Very unprofessional, I've bought all my kids BMW's and never had a bad experience until I went to BMW of Bakersfield. Should get new staff with good customer service skills and definitely with well mannerism. This type of behavioI do not condone!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. We have been struggling to buy a hybrid for the past 2-3weeks, and my husband already decided to get on the waiting list for one at a dealer closer to us. Aldo Reyes, the sales rep of BMW Bakersfield reached out to us and went straight for the bottom line. He asked what we wanted, and even offered to take the 3-hr drive himself (we are from Orange County) to deliver the car to our doorstep. He went to infinity AND BEYOND to get our business. Anghad Chinna, the finance officer was also extremely knowledgeable not only with the money side, but with the cars maintenance requirements as well and he gave us an amazing deal on the maintenance packages. Aldo's impeccable salesmanship did not stop at when we purchased the car. He gave us a guided tour of the car before we set out to drive it, called us back within a week to touch base on how the car was doing, and has remained available to our questions and concerns eversince. BMW Bakersfield has also reached out to me multiple times to touch base and offer their assistance if we needed it. You can't go wrong with a BMW, it performs superbly. But true customer service is a rare commodity nowadays and their customer service is absolutely stellar. I would recommend Aldo, Anghad and the BMW Bakersfield team to everyone! When we buy our next Beamer, it will, without a doubt, be from them.

Disgusting behavior from General manager accusing customer of a car they sold that had issues and was noted as certified. Be careful when shopping here. They might accuse you of lying when your certified car has issue. Bye

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I want to thank Service Advisor Sheila in BMW of Bakersfield for going above and beyond! I am not from town and didn't have an appointment but when I drove in Sheila was able to take care of me from start to finish. I don't live in town but Sheila will be my go to Service Advisor for any of my vehicle needs. My car is back to life and I can't thank her enough for her effort in making this happen!

Best experience we have ever had leasing a vehicle.
Mazen was fantastic and really cared about our purchase. He was the best salesman we ever had. We live in a different area and they sent us our deal via email to sign, when we arrived at the dealership to pick up our truck it was waiting out front for us and it only took 10 minutes to finish signing our paperwork and move to delivery. Finance was also great they weren’t pushy and only recommended what they thought was needed. The delivery was amazing our BMW Genius Tristen was really thorough and took time with us. This was our second BMW and she made sure we knew what every button did. Our first experience from another dealer was not as good as this. We have received over 8 emails from BMW Bakersfield from Gm, sales managers, salesman, service, The Genius, finance etc.very impressive! We highly recommend buying from BMW Bakersfield they are a cut above the rest! Thank you for making this a great purchase we will order another BMW from them in the future.

completely let down by the service department.i dropped my car off for maintenance and to have diagnostics on an issue they removed my backseat and broke a clip on my seat and are now refusing fix this. Spoke with the service manager who's response was " nothing i can do for you. " after i asked him if i would take time out of my day to replace a $40 part and maybe 30 min worth of service he implied I was lying.when i told him, "why would i waste my time, and lie about this? " he smugly said " well don't call ME, a liar. " seriously? I'm already planning on talking to the GM today (which i know will be frivolous) and then cooperate because this is utterly ridiculous!

I recently leased a 2021 330i and the experience I had from everyone in sales to service has been simply amazing. The staff is extremely professional and pleasant to work with, they really go out of their way to provide the ultimate experience!

WHERE DO I EVEN START? PRE ORDERED A VEHICLE HERE 3 MONTHS AGO AND MIKE (the manager) SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE THE DAY IT GOT THERE. I literally customized the car to my needs, waited 3.5 MONTHS for MY CAR - and they decided to just sell it to someone else the day jt came in. No call or message to tell me that my car hs arrived. Saddest part was that they even tried to excuse their behaviour by saying they tried to call me. WHAT A JOKE! I am so distraught and disgusted by the behaviour of this dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. What kind of business are you running? Shame.
