The service staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Waiting area is clean. Brought my X1 for service and it was done in a timely fashion and vacuumed and wash my car before giving me back my keys.

Told rudely that they don't have the car we were looking for when their website said otherwise. Salesperson then just walked away without another word. Incredibly rude and unpleasant experience.

Being our first new BMW purchase, we had anticipated a good first service at least; instead my wife waited over hours to diagnose a “squeak”. Maybe a little over cautious about a noise but not completely unreasonable. The service writer brought attention to the tires and recommended we replace them soon; they only have 6,500 miles on them and look perfect. I was shocked to hear this report from my wife (and see it in paper). This BMW Fremont 5720 Cushing Pkwy. Warning: consider another service location. Due to this experience alone, I am turned off by BMW. My next car may be a different brand; so unfortunate.

Easily the worst used car dealership i've ever been to. They sold me a lemon car and played hardball to get my money back. An absolute joke for a business. I advise you don't use them for any car needs.

Met with Service Advisor, Anthony L.at BMW of Fremont and he was excellent! Very friendly, explained everything that was going to be done, and answered all my questions. I also told him to make sure they didn't wash my car (because it's ceramic coated) and they did not wash it. He's also reachable by his cell and will text you when your car is ready. Anthony never over promises and under delivers. My car was done well ahead of his estimated time. That's always a plus!

Update: The last few years, my service advisor has been Nick (Nilesh) Lal and he's awesome. It's always nice to have a fellow car enthusiast (BMW enthusiast at that) as your service advisor. They know how to treat your car and they make sure every little thing is taken care of. Nick is OCD (in a good way) about his own car, so I never have any worry about leaving my lowered car there. He knows that it is ceramic coated and that I never want anyone to wash it. They take pains to park my car away from other cars just to make sure nothing happens to it. He hooks it up and take care of you when you bring your car in for service. Now that my warranty has expired he still takes care of me when I come in.

Look, if I take the time to drive to Fremont from across the bay in Palo Alto it's got to be good. I could just as easily go over to Mountain View BMW, but I don't. Hit up Nick for your BMW service needs!

My BMW model year is 2015 but I took it in for a recall repair for free. I also got a free car wash. Thank you, BMW of Fremont.

I had a wonderful experience. My service rep was patient and very kind. He is a great example of what customer service should look like. I also had a chance to watch the video in real time as they inspected my car which was kinda cool. The finishing touch was a beautifully cleaned and washed shining car waiting for me after my service. I definitely give them a 5+

I had a problem from a previous accident. My mechanic said it was best handled by the dealership. BMW Fremont handled their end in an efficient manner. They were very patient with delays in the insurance end. Once they had the go ahead, they acted quickly and got my car back to me in time for a trip. I appreciated their friendliness and quick action.

Since BMW Fremont sold a loaner car without disclosing it, BMW X5 was returned to BMW Fremont. After returning BMW X5 to BMW Fremont, no proper title transfer was proceeded to make FasTrak invoice charged on me.

I've mailed multiple times but no proper action was done yet.
I will update this review by end of this week regarding how this was taken care of.

Beware of their warranty period deception. I bought my car on July 9th but found 3 year maintenance & 4 year warranty period set up to finish June 30th, 2026, June 30th, 2027 respectively. I asked to change this to Linda/Rashpal last week. But no action so far. So, buyers! Make sure you check your warranty period set up correctly. As problems more happening later phase of warranty. Even 10 days matter.

Horrible service literally had to beg to get a loaner it’s ridiculous that you don’t give a loaner and have to also constantly beg for getting a shuttle or uber ride home that too for a luxury car which is worth 90k+

For the second time, I bought a BMW from Fremont BMW today and had such a pleasant, smooth end-to-end experience. First, a big thank you to Rashpal who was super responsive and provided the information I requested. Then I met with Reinaldo in the office who took me through all the available options, and Rashpal came by to chat (and even dispensed some parenting tips:) Finally Shabir made the whole paperwork process efficient and smooth - he was very professional and even suggested a change to the financing option I had picked to save me even more money, even though it would create more work for him. I felt like I was buying a car from friends and will definitely return to buy another one when I'm ready to trade in my current car. Thank you again!

Worst BMW dealership in the bay. The timings they have are not updated anywhere online. I made the mistake of ordering a BMW part for pickup here and had to drive 2 times and both times the parts department was closed. It would have been my mistake if they had clearly indicated that their different departments in the same building are closed at different times.
Wether you look at Google or their website both always say the same timings without any specifications around individual departments. Made the mistake of ordering pickup from here not gonna do this again.
General tip please don’t believe the timings and details updated online for this business.

AVOID! Brought my i8 in for CEL. Service was terrible. I had to call in myself to get updates on the progress of my car. I was told NO LOANER CAR for this location. And no one even mentioned Lyft or Uber rides provided by them, until I was so disappointed and complained, then someone told me yes they do offer Lyft Uber rides. BMW does not have loaner? I’ll never come back again for anything.update! Advisor Matt called me rudely asking me why his review was so bad. Telling me he has done nothing wrong but also telling me there’s no way we can change the reviews. Well, you don’t deserve anything better than 1 star brother. Grow up and learn from mistakes.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Fremont dealership. I have always had a great experience with Stevens Creek BMW, but I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at BMW Fremont.

I took my BMW in for a tire change and when I picked it up, I noticed a 3-inch scratch on the back of the car. I am certain that the scratch was not there before I brought the car in, because I had it detailed and serviced at another location (Stevens Creek) the day before.

I spoke to the service advisor, Charles Way, about the scratch. He was very defensive and rude, and he refused to believe that the scratch was not there before the service. He pointed to a reflection in one of the photos they took before the service and said that was the scratch. However, when I zoomed out of the photo, I could see that the length of the scratch did not match the reflection.

I asked him how he could explain that, and he said that the photo was blurry. Yet he was still 100% sure that it was a scratch.

I then asked the service manager to look at the photo. He came out and pointed to another reflection in the photo and said that there were definitely scratches. I told him that he was looking at the wrong place and that the reflection was not a scratch. He continued to point out other reflections in the photo and claim that they were scratches.

I got really tired and I realized that no matter what I said, they would not even consider the possibility that the scratch was not there before the service. They kept treating me like I was lying. So I told the manager that I would take care of the scratch myself, because I thought I could probably buff it out.

That's when the service manager changed his attitude completely. He said that he could have the detail guy take a look. I refused and said that I would rather leave an honest review on Google. He seemed worried and asked me to write down that he had offered to take a look.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by Charles Way and the head of service manager. I will never take my M car to this location again, as I expected better from a BMW dealership, especially an M certified dealership. I would recommend that you check their reviews on Yelp before taking your car there.

The photo the dealer took shows 4 or 5 lines, but only one of them is actually a scratch. The dealer is claiming to be 100% sure that the scratch is real, but I cannot tell from the photo.

I just recently visited their showroom and no one even came to attend. I repeatedly tried approaching front desk and on top of that the customer service was really rude with us. I came with a mindset to buy the x7 alpina with hard cash to do the full payment on the spot but their customer service disappointed me.
