I had a flawless experience over at BMW of Monrovia, the staff was very professional and Tomas Cervantes was extremely helpful with every aspect of my purchase of a NEW BMW 440i. I would highly recommend BMW of Monrovia for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I choose a car online and I contact to dealership Yesterday, after that I filled out credit application and the immediately approve it, salesperson told me I contact you tomorrow for finalize buying process, she called me and send my payments details and get my card information for
down payment and told me congratulations…
She said see you tomorrow for picking up your car, guess what! After 5 minutes she call me and said sorry we sold this car 3hours ago!
Whaaaaaaaat! You ran my credit, you get my debit card information!
I told her if you don’t give my car I sue dealership and she said you are ridiculous and hang up phone on me!
What a rude and unprofessional salesperson!

This is a review of the dealership, not the car I bought. The car is AMAZING, but the dealership did not make the car. The receptionist was very nice, the sales people were very attentive. David was excellent. Those were the good parts.

Everything takes forever, expect to wait around for hours without being told why you are waiting. The finance is where it went wrong. They will lie to your face and then pretend nothing is wrong when you catch them. I left feeling gross, like i had been touching slime.

Double, triple, quadruple check the contract. Make sure the amount being financed is the amount you agreed to. If they add their insurances and service packages for "free" make sure its actually free. If they add to the principle but lower your interest rate so your monthly payment stays the same, that's not free. You are still paying for it. If they tell you get bonus cash for financing with BMW, they may not tell you that you have to carry the loan for a minimum of 3 months. They sure didnt tell me. If they tell you they are going to do something, get it in writing. If you tell them you want something from them, get it in writing. Do not trust anyone, get it in writing.

After the purchase I called several times with a question about the financing and only got answering machines and no calls back many hours later. I was totally unable to reach anyone but the front desk so I ended up physically going to the dealership. I arrived to find all the people who were too busy to answer the phone or call me back sitting around chatting with each other. The amount of my time this place has wasted is unreal.

I will be buying another BMW, but it wont be from here.

My Sales Rep, Ari, was awesome! His customer service is exceptional. He took the time to explain to me the different BMW models on the lot- he is very knowledgeable. Since this was my 1st time purchasing a BMW car, Ari made sure I understood and did not make me feel pressured.
I will look for Ari on my next BMW purchase and will refer who to family & friends.

The maintenance department of this car shop is too poor. The coolant of my car showed a problem. I sent it for repair on November 16th and took it out the next day, but the same problem occurred again after a week I can't even take my car there. I can't believe the maintenance of this car shop is so bad. How can BMW have that kind of quality in the maintenance department

I have been looking for a new BMW in different dealers and no one has the service like Monrovia.

From my first phone call to actually going to the store to make my purchase, the staff treated me fairly. This was one of the only stores that didn't have a markup on the car that I wanted. Tomas and his crew were great and really took care of me! I love my new BMW and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a BMW! I got my leased Mini Countryman here, and the staff is the best. Super friendly and happy to answer my ever questions and help me out with crunching the numbers and getting the lease that works for me.
Rocky is the dude you want to hook you up with your Mini and Khal was fantastic at helping me get set up with paper work and the whole process.
I was uncertain about the whole thing because of the current supply shortage, but this guys understood and were not out to take advantage, they are there to help you out and make you feel comfortable in getting your car from them.

When you shop for a car, you always dread having to deal with sales people and finance people. The endless games and tactics to get you worn down and worked up and in the end into a “deal” that really only benefits everyone except you, the buyer.

This dealership is not that place. From actually quoting an out the door price on a car over email (and sticking to it), to not playing “4 square” like I’m the village idiot, to explaining various add on services and plans… it was professional and painless. I feel I must stress how professional and courteous everyone was, and when I said “no” on something, they respected that. I got a great price on a car, they got to sell me some service upgrades, and I walked out in under 3 hours.

The wait was way to long to purchase the car. It was approximately 3 hours. Appreciated Client Advisor Yury. Felt he was service delivery friendly without applying pressure and if he did not have the answer he would get it and not concerned about not having the answer and learning something new. Company should utilize him as an example.

In short, the best of BMW in the area — I was in the market for an i3 and connected with numerous BMW dealerships in the greater SoCal area and Monrovia won hands down. The internet team went above and beyond to secure a custom order (even though other dealers advised that this was not possible) and delivered the vehicle via transport safely and securely overnight.

Could not recommend Monrovia's internet team enough!
