I just want to say I've been going back an forth to several dealers this last month an all I keep getting was the run around, but your dealership specially the service department was a amazing, the gentleman there Brady was awesome an very respectful an new what he was doing, thanks again for the experience.

I recently moved to the area and took my bmw 530e for a oil change and Brandon (tech) was very helpful during the oil change and explained everything about my new car, this is my first Bmw and will only request for Brandon to service my car.

The Service Dept is amazing. Especially Brady! He is always polite and does amazing work. I don't ever go anywhere else for BMW service

$250 for brake fluid. My Hyundai which cost half the price of my BMW has a 120,000 mile warranty but my BMW only offers a warranty up until 50,000 miles and for some reason I didn't have to change my brake fluid in my Hyundai which now has a hundred thousand miles

Excellent Customer Service! I had to get an oil change today and Victoria was amazing she helped me with everything I needed and made my experience go very smooth, after my vehicle was checked we found out that my water pump was leaking, so that needed to be fixed as well, she got me a rental car for a few hours while they worked on this and then I came back and picked up my car once it was ready! Thank you so much I really appreciate it Bmw of Murrieta is the best!

I had to take my new Certified pre-owned BMW for repair. Some clip on fuel tank was causing problems. I only had it about a month. I was picked up by Hertz rental car, but didn't drive away in a BMW it was a Kia. BMW has changed quite a bit.

Isaac my sales person was well spoken and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. He was patient with my questions and request to drive several vehicles so I felt at ease that I was about to purchase the best vehicle for my needs. He was accommodating and knew I was on a time frame the day I was at the dealership.

I was surprised at the wait to see a finance person to complete the transaction, even though Isaac was eagerly trying to get me to my next appointment. Once I was in a finance office the gentleman with I can not remember his name but it was a unique name with a "S" was not as pleasant or accommodating to me. He seemed more considered with what was happening on his cell phone then my presence. He rushed through the paperwork not describing most of the documents, "sign here, initial here, here and here" he did not smile once, didn't not try to make me feel at ease about my purchase. In fact he made me feel the opposite, his manner of speaking to me about the vehicle and the way I was purchasing it was making me feel shamed. He said " I would never buy a car cash". "And the mileage on this vehicle is high and there's no warranty". "Are you aware of the depression of the vehicle? " The manner in which to promote a extended warranty in a positive explanation was lost with the abrupt tone in his voice of disappointment like I was buying the worse vehicle on the lot. And the foolishness that I would buy a car out right. Of course I purchased the extended warranty out of mostly fear not common sense. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have worked very hard my adult life to be able to financing purchase things outright when possible and not to be in the 80 percental of Americans that live in debt or above their means. I go about my day stress free knowing I saved for a raining day. I traded in my 2008 VW Golf because it was on it's last days and I needed a reliable commuter car I felt good about driving. Yes the new purchase is considered a luxury car but I feel I work hard enough to enjoy it. And yes it was a used vehicle but it was new to me. As I left the finance department office I had full buyers remorse because of the doubt placed in my head from the finance employee. Maybe the finance employee had some personal issues going on that needed more of his attention then me, or maybe it was the end of the day and he was tired, maybe he needs more training on customer service, I am not sure but the next morning I felt better about my purchase with Isaac's follow up call and making sure everything was good and I got home safe. After explaining to Isaac of my experience with the finance person, he apologized and reassured me that even used vehicles from Murrieta BMW go through a vigorous inspection and not to have any doubts about my purchase. I give this review 4 stars because of my sales person Isaac who deserves a 5, but the over all experience was a 3.

BMW Murrieta always very helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Recently I had an unfortunate encounter with a pothole and needed a new tire and wheel very quickly. Victoria was my service agent who worked with me on a Saturday to meet my needs in a very timely manner. She was wonderful! Can’t say enough good things…highly recommend!

Service here is always phenomenal!
BMW keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle, they send you a video diagnostic explaining repairs needed and they go out of their way to ensure you get any possibly cost saving opportunity.

Chad was my service advisor and he did a phenomenal job communicating with me what was going on. I’m appreciative of all the great staff that the BMW of Murrieta has, everyone is so courteous and quick to be of help. I will always look to BMW of Murrieta for new cars and service needs.

First time here at BMW Murrieta, and it was a wonderful experience. Ricardo Luna was able amazing advisor and helped me decide and got me into my lovely x3 which I’m totally in love with.
