As always, the BMW of Ontario service staff is very accommodating - even at the last minute - and treat their clients as part of the "BMW family", because when one invests in a vehicle from there, isn't that how it should be? Thanks.

Addendum 2/25/21: When I have recently needed major work on my BMW with expired warranty, BMW of Ontario worked with me a gave a fair deal on getting the work done. I don't know of any other dealership that has done this for me. It just adds to my continued patronage of BMW of Ontario.

I have to say that service advisor Pamela Allen made my day when I took my car for an issue. She was very understanding and respectful of my situation. When she could not make a judgment if this issue was still under warranty, she took it to her manager. Sure enough that because it's a safety issue (seat belt), it's covered under the 4 year, new car warranty. I commend her for being thoughtful and caring as a service advisor should be.

It’s amazing how truly magnificent Raffi Injian made me feel from start to finish of my experience. His professionalism, sincere candor and immediate vision of what I wanted over the phone went from me scheduling an appointment for the following Friday to me driving up to dealership to pick up my dream car less than 1 hour later. This is my third BMW and by far my absolute best experience. I sat in the finance office and was walked through each part, step-by-step, and from my walk in to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours. Such a rewarding experience to work really hard to get the car you love and it be a seamless process. I’ve had the car a week tomorrow and I’ve already received a call to talk about any bells and whistles I may need to learn about. There’s an art to superior customer service. It’s the small things, the nuances that most don’t notice.truly an unforgettable experience and my twins learned something new that day - they learned that this is the level of customer service to expect from everyone.

I had an appointment and was checked in promptly. Spoke with my service advisor, Artemisa, who informed me of service needed, applied discounts and informed me of options for upcoming service needs. She is always pleasant and professional. I waited 2 hours and was on my way. I would recommend Ontario BMW for service.

I’ve been coming to this dealer for a couple years now. They have great customer service and awesome service reps. Pamela Allen takes the 5 stars! Ask for her.

Bought 6 BMWs from them the past 10 years. Lately, the service experience has been below standard. Today, we were told we could drop off our car but when we got there, they said our service advisor was not in and our appointment is not until Tuesday. The AC is dead and it's so hot inside during.summer with no AC. So we asked them if we could drop it off early and was given a green light. When we got there it's a different story. Just a horrible service experience.

I had the pleasure to speak with Pamela Bryant regarding my transmission fluid leak. She advised me on the possible causes and the potential cost. All I needed to do was to change my transmission seals on the lines. She saved me $1,500.00. Please do yourself a service and speak to service advisor Pamela.

The employees at Ontario BMW were all very professional and courteous Tim in service was Awsome and the girls at the Cashier were very helpful! Thankyou for making it pleasant.

Big thumbs up to Will Smith @ the service depertment. Went beyond duty in helping everything go smoothly regarding warranty work on my son's 335i. Fast and efficient with the up most professional courtesy. It's representatives and experiences like these that truely make you not just be brand loyal but spread the word of mouth positive experience which can and does go a long ways. Once again thank you very much Will Smith.

I had TPM malfunction problem in my 528. I took it in for repair and service, and the technician found out is my RDC control module and TPM sensors problem. In addition, I also had a door lock actuator problem after they fixed my first problem. Although the repair was very expensive, my service advisor was willingly to work with BMW USA to get a goodwill discount for me. That was very helpful.

Service advisor Pamela Allen is the best. She took the time to sit in my car and explain to me how to read and understand when my vehicle needs service. She was really nice and knew what she was talking about. I have to admit I almost gave up on Ontario BMW becuase of my visit before the last but she changed my mind.

Easiest car buying experience.

Mike and Kim quoted me a great price and we were able to work out all the details via email.

My wife and I walked into the dealership, completed the financing paperwork, and drove away in the new car.

Put a new top on my car which was very gracious on behalf of BMW. I had to wait three weeks to get a part but finally got done. Been buying my car is here for the past 10 years a good place. I would recommend them.

I had a pleasant experience. I had previously witnessed the way that Ontario BMW does business when I was with my older daughter when she bought her first BMW. I was so impressed that we decided to change vehicle and purchased an BMW also. From the receptionist to our sales person Raffi to the Manager Diego and our Finance Manager Ignacio I have never had a eaisier buying experience.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience leading a new 530e. Mike and Kim were very responsive and worked with me every step of the way and had a very pleasant experience. No surprises and the car was ready to go and I was out of the dealership within an hour! Thank you Mike and Kim! Highly recommend visiting Ontario BMW.

Don't take you car here or buy a car a guy on YouTube brought his brand new car here for allignment and the tech crashed it! Screw this place unprofessional and not for the customer just for the money enough said!
