Also there was an online scheduling issue, the team were quick to resolved the problem and help make the visiting quick and smooth.

This was by far one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. I have bought 20 cars in the last 10 years and this was an wonderful experience. Michael Pope was my salesperson and he was fantastic.
I came in looking for an X2 and Michael showed me several that met my requirements. He was very low pressure and straightforward. Within an hour we had worked out a deal that made sense. I returned the next day to complete the sale, he had the car ready to go and he had the finance department get everything ready before I arrived. I was there less than an hour to do the financing and paperwork and collect my new car. I used BMW financing as well and the finance guy was also great.

I will send all my friends to this dealership for sure, and to Michael Pope as well. 5 star service all the way!

Overall the experience was good. However - when I went to use one of the issues that was of concern - it did not immediately work. The service rep finally got it to work and she assured me that if there was a problem again - they would come get my car to fix again. I appreciate that and hope I never have to take her up on the offer.

Great experience at Palm Springs BMW! Walked in around 1: 45p, looked at the X3 hybrid, took it for a test drive and bought it. Left the dealership around 5p and that included a trade-in and financing. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially George and Nick! I highly recommend them, they definitely went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Took my car in for a recall and they took care of it really fast Bryan was my service advisor and was really professional bought some parts also and they were just as good

I have serviced my 2006 BMW 750Li at BMW Palm Springs for the past few years. My experience has been excellent. The technicians have been thorough and repairs done right the first time. In particular, I want to recognize Brian Gacayan as the best service advisor I have been in contact with over many years having owned Mercedes, Volvo and Subaru cars and others. Many people say that car dealers charge exorbitant fees, but I say that you get what you pay for.

My wife and I have been driving BMWs for several years, so we came into BMW of Palm Springs with a good idea of what we wanted and not looking to waste any time. Phil Meyer was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't play any of those irritating games we have all experienced at other dealers. It was refreshing to be treated like an adult, and we were in and out in a few hours with a beautiful new BMW. Thanks Phil.

Worst Service Department Ever! Make an appointment to make an appointment, then wait, hear lots of excuses, have the wrong repair done, repeat. Go ahead, try it - just call the dealership and say you need your bmw repaired. They will call you back at their convenience to make an appointment to bring it in - up to two weeks from now. I made an appointment two weeks ago, the car has been there three days so far, and they just looked at it this morning - didn't call me, I called them, they're ''not sure'' what's wrong, but they'll keep trying to figure it out! These are BMW certified mechanics? And they constantly complain that they're too busy, don't have enough 'technicians'. This is my third time taking my car in, each time the same frustrations. They have a loaner car option available, but the loaner cars are always 'already out'. Unfortunately this is the only certified bmw repair anywhere near here, so there's no option and they clearly have no competition. Best bet: don't buy a bmw if you live in the Coachella Valley.

Paid 2 grand to fix a oil leak from my oil cooler.the service lady was awesome, the mechanic not so much.the degreasing of my engine that was supposed to be done was not and my car still leaks oil.my engine is still filthy, i expect high quality from bmw.what i got was not that, very dissapointed.

The service staff did a great job and performed a moderately major repair the same day! Communication was well timed and my car was returned clean. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I was very pleased with Bryan, my service representative and also everyone at BMW that I interacted with. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and very friendly. Despite my glowing remark however, I was extremely disappointed as I was about to get on the freeway and realized my car hood was not properly secured. This incident could have been disastrous as I prepared to drive down the freeway at 70 mph with my 9 months pregnant wife. I am spending a lot of money for BMW's services and I do not expect to be looking over their work just after retrieving my car. To top it off after calling and speaking with the service manager about this issue, the best response I got was well I'm sorry, I wish there is something I could do. Yes there is something you could do, offer me a free oil change and tire rotation the next time I need service to my car. Had I gotten on the freeway and my hood come off while driving, this issue would have cost BMW a lot more than an oil change.

This is my second BMW purchase in three years and though I live in Orange County, I chose to go through George at BMW of Palm Springs again for my purchase. He’s outstanding, as well as Brian. George was quick to find what I wanted and did a dealer trade and had my car delivered to me same day. I expect a high level of customer service and BMW of PS delivers. I recommend you see George for options as he will work hard to match your needs and pricing. Thank you for exceeding my expectations yet again! I rarely write reviews but had to this time.

My husband and I went in late on a Friday night after they had already closed to just look at their inventory outside since we were already in the area. There were still people inside and George Salinas gladly came outside, welcomed us inside and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great from working with the sales person, to the sales manager Brian, to the Finance Director Kevin and Regena the BMW Genius. Thank you all for the excellent customer service and for making our buying experience a great one. Definitely recommend Bmw of Palm Springs.

BMW of Palm Springs is great! My experience is that the service department (Sandra T.) tries to get you in and out as speedy as possible. The studio is great and the customer service area is comfortable. This is my second vehicle with BMW of Palm Springs. Keep up the great work!

BMW of Palm Springs supports the military and took care of me as an active duty Marine. Due to some unforseen issues that arrised during my bmws visit it initially left me with a hesitent feeling of satisfaction. But, after communicating and working with the team there they proved otherwise. In the end they did their best to alleviate any caused headaches and they did make the visit right. Thank you Chris and Palm Springs BMW!

Amazing service, we couldn’t of picked a better place to purchase a car. Our sales representative Javier was extraordinary. He provided first class service, Kevin at finance was also very nice. We will definitely purchase our next car from Javier/Palm Springs BMW.
