It’s not too often that you find a company and team that all together makes a great experience for the customer. From the moment I called in to make an appointment for my car, Steve V and his co workers provided excellent service. Steve answered all of my questions and got my car into the shop on short notice. I quickly realized he is an avid car enthusiast and not someone to just sell anything to make more money. It’s hard to put a value on the service he and his team provided.

My experience here was incredible, Steve and his staff were also astounding. They went far and beyond to help me with my car. I hope I don’t have to bring my car again but will definitely recommend them.

Horrible service. Never answer or call back for us or our insurance provider. Been dealing with them for two weeks with little to no help. This is why BMW of Ontario will get my repeat business and not Riverside. Maybe look at replacing management that can instill better communication and turn around.

Fairly convinced the employees here only have their job because of favoritism. I mean, just look at the reviews. They can't even schedule appointments professionally. I asked for the earliest date with a morning time slot available, this bimbette says I have 12 PM on the 12th. Have to hang up, and call another company for service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Benitez for my BMW repair. From the start, he was professional and respectful of my time. He worked diligently to take care of all my needs and communicated effectively and accurately throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail Joe provided. He exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend BMW of Riverside certified collision center. I am pretty picky and have a high attention to detail, and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on my car. Someone backed into the corner of my new M and I was super hesitant to have it repaired. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hopefully no one else bumps into my car again or worse but if I have to have it fixed again I look forward to working with him again in the future. Compared to any other body shop experience I have had or heard of they set the bar high and I can’t imagine the process going any smoother for me. Thank you guys!

It was really hard for me to write this review, but I’m very unhappy and very dismay with there customer service and professionalism. My car was service here for a frontend and right quarter-panel accident. When Joe returned my car my front bottom bumper air funnel has overspray and i ask why its not clean right? He answered “its was already there before” that answer really caught my attention because, BMW has a working order to work on my whole frontend and “if its was there before…” courtesy assistance should take place to make the car look presentable before delivery. Another issue was my rear right wheel that was refinished/painted was different color from the rest of my wheels and they dint even QA before releasing the car! … Come on JOE! Where the heck is your your customer service! Or better yet where is your sympathy? , I’ve been paying for a rent-a-car and out of vehicle for over a month and you giving me unprofessional responses and customer service. I feel soo sick, stuck and has no where to go as my insurance said they are not an approved/accredited wawanesa shop, so in short im on my own and i have no one to assist me on making this right. My advise! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BODYSHOP, they need better customer service, Better workers, better work ethics and better standards. This is NOT HOW BMW STANDARDS supposed to be. Spoke to management team after a month.also they dint show any remorse or care of the situation, SORRY is what i got Hope this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Arlene was amazing. It was my first time getting into an accident and I had zero idea how to navigate my insurance and everything else. She was very helpful and made sure I got the most out of the services and my insurance. She really knows her stuff and will make sure you are not taken advantage of by insurance companies. She’s like a lawyer for cars lol
