Chris kept us updated frequently and explained necessary fixes throughout the process. We really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to coordinate between my husband and I as we were on different schedules!

Poor experience with service for a second time. My wife's car threw a code for down stream o2 sensor. I send my wife with the code. Her rep made her feel talked down to. Wouldn't accept the code from her. Told her "don't tell me what's wrong with the car, tell me what it's doing". The estimate included a fabricated $50 warranty processing fee. Long story short. There was no warranty processing fee, they just added that for extra profit. They didn't fix the problem we reported and the car threw the same code within a week of the "repair". I replaced the 02 sensor (in about 20 min) and the code cleared with no issues in the last few hundred miles. The quoted price over the phone was increased by the time we went to get the car. The $50 deductible that was suppose to be removed was still on the bill (after calling BMW America, talking to the service manager and the service rep). There are better BMW dealers in San Diego. Spend your money wisely. Oh, by the way, they never even looked at the O2 sensor, the original thread compound had never been broke. A multimeter and 15 min would have confirmed our complaint. I truly believe the rep was mad I reported him to his manger for talking down to my wife and tried to pull a fast one. So I bought my new 540 from BMW Escondido. Great so far, BMW El Cajon has also been very good to us.

BMW San Diego is lucky to have Chris Levy. He is extremely communicative and thorough. He genuinely greets you in the drive when you pull up for service and is prompt when you call or email with questions. His repair order that he gives you post service is extremely detailed and well written. He clearly takes service seriously based on his performance and the reports he delivers. Thank you Chris for the exceptional service we will definitely be coming back! The cashier Aaron also was a delight, kind, and helpful. BMW San Diego, you have a great team.

Quick, helpful, and competent! They repaired my vehicle the same day despite being inundated with customers and even provided me with a rental and car wash free of charge. My car is working like a charm now!

BMW of San Diego stands above head and shoulders of all BMW dealers in the area. Creating an appointment was quick and painless. My car was serviced in a day and my car runs like the day I bought it. The staff are friendly and are fast at greeting and answering questions. I recommend BMW of San Diego if you not only want to buy a quality vehicle but also need service to match. Special recognition to Kenji Timmerman and his staff for taking the time to address my needs and their professionalism.

My family and I continue to use Jason Balelo on all our BMW purchases. He understands what the customer wants and provides options making the transaction stress free. This would the the 5th BMW with Jason. Hands down provides the best customer care!

Yes, there are probably cheaper options for fixing your Beemer, but if you want the job done to OEM spec, done correctly the first time, and done with integrity, bring it here. Many, many thanks to Glen Widdop and his team who correctly and thoroughly diagnose every issue, source every part, and cleverly navigate the intricacies of warranties to keep costs to a minimum. They'll happily discuss all options but won't necessarily recommend repairs that will not add value. Their professionalism and attention to detail ensure that my car runs at the peak of its performance. Every aspect of the service visit runs very smoothly and are done with the efficiency expected from a high-performance German car manufacturer. My car gets in the door and I get out with a minimum of fuss, and I know the job will get done correctly in a single visit. They have earned my trust and my repeat business, and I'm so very glad to have them on my side!

New to the area and loyal BMW owners from the East Coast, our current lease was coming to end. Visited the dealership and looked around for a 2020 M340i. We were introduced to Mr. Barry Wood, BMW Client Advisor. Let me start by saying that his professionalism and dedication to providing superior customer service has surpassed both of our expectations.
Although they had a great selection of vehicles at the dealership, they did not have the color or options we were looking for. Typical for newly released 2020 vehicles. After giving him our “want” list, he went to work. He found the vehicle at another dealership, unfortunately, the car was already sold. He found us another vehicle with more options than originally looking for, fresh off the boat and had it delivered to the dealership. Needless to say, the vehicle was immaculate! This is the place to go for quality and customer satisfaction. Thanks, Barry!

Always a reliable experience here. Even after my car was out of warranty, they were fair and the service writers are very experienced and cautious of my budget when making recommendations, etc.

Chris Levy, my service adviser was excellent to work with. Although my vehicle was out of warranty, there are parts on the vehicle that are warrantied for much longer periods of time.
I have an extended svc.plan; so, he took care of many of the due or soon to be due maintenance items as well.
The entire visit cost zero dollars! Amazing!

Leased 2 models from this dealership. Both times went through without any issues.

Servicing and loaner vehicles were always excellent.

1 Start customer service and warranty! Horrible customer service! Do not go here! I have already informed my family, friends and colleagues to take their business elsewhere and anyone else who’s looking to purchase a BMW I will refer them to a another dealerships!

My service advisor Jayson was absolutely wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, curtious, always available to speak with and all around a great guy and pleasure to work with. This is my first time working with him and and getting work done on your car can be stressful. Matt made sure we had the perfect buying experience. He knew what we were looking for and showed us several vehicles to test out. Matt wanted us to be 100% satisfied. He told us, "I have a freshly arrived vehicle that's not in the color you are looking for but I have a feeling you will fall in love with it. "
As he pulled up, we instantly fell for the car.

As dealers go, this one is hard to beat.

It's the best BMW dealership in the area that we've found, better than El Cajon, which is good, and far exceeding the Encinitas location, which you don't want to buy a car at.
