We came in for a test drive, to explore options, and drove away with a new car.
The cars themselves are amazing, but the team at BMW of San Francisco was also top notch (everyone we interacted with there).
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.

Lance Crawford was our main sales associate, and I’d highly recommend him as well.

They made the process as quick as possible while still being diligent and accurate with the information they provided to me and my service there. Bought a car with additional warranty strongly recommended by finance manager. I cancelled warranty while the refund hasn’t been shown up after 1 month. I’m still paying interest on the refund supposed to be returned. No one from BMW responds to email, customer service request or phone call regarding this.

I went to BMW San Francisco, where I bought my BMW for an oil change and servicing. The service department is thorough. I was sent a video of the undercarriage inspection that I appreciated. I got the needed servicing and the customer service rep explained the recomemded additional service I should consider. BMW San Francisco (and probably other dealerships as well) does upsell services but softly. FYI the posted service rate is over $300.an hour.

Dinu is great! He really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and doesn’t pressure you into anything you don’t want. He’s extremely patient and such a pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Scheduled a test drive of a vehicle, called day before test drive to reschedule to an earlier time, only to find out the vehicle was sold in the mean time, with no notification provided to me. I had scheduled the test drive 6 days prior to the call when I found out the vehicle had been sold.
I figured the ratings I saw for their dealership (1 star) couldn't all be right.

My salesperson, Marc L, was very helpful thru the entire process, from ordering to delivery. All staff were helpful and professional. Thank you!

Larry helped me with my purchase and everyone’s super nice! Special mention for Lance who took me on an M8 competition for the test ride to appreciate a true M engine. It was tough to settle for a 2 series M model after that but maybe someday:)

We had an amazing experience! Our sales rep Larry Chiang was efficient and professional. He picked us up from the ferry, made sure our car is fully charged and detailed. After signing the paperwork we hit road. Exceptional service!

I’ve always been a customer with BMW, especially the San Francisco dealership and I always have had the most warm, respectful and understanding relationship with their excellent team. Everything is smooth and seamless but more importantly they understand you as a person. This year, December’22, I had the best experience with Lenny. Ruttenberg who is a kind, insightful, thoughtful and warm family man himself. The process took less than half a day and was seamless and easy for me. I am always extremely happy with BMW San Francisco throughout the years.

On September 25th I purchased a BMW form BMW of San Francisco and I received the BMW from them with empty gas tank, I asked him the gas tank is empty he said we send you $100 gas card that I never received it. It's not about $100 it's about their service and dishonesty that I experienced.

Michael Wu is the best to work with! He’s honest and personable. He’s very professional and easy going.
