I had called the service department and the wait to talk to someone was very long. I was having issues starting my car. Finally I was able to talk to someone and they were trying to give me an appointment the following week the girl who took the call didn't seem considerate towards my concern & I wasn't going to waste more time and argue with her, I had to do a walk in, I couldn't wait a week for my car to get fixed. My car was towed to the service department. I understand it's busy but they can at least greet you and let you know someone will be helping you soon every time I go for my maintenance you have to be looking for someone to help you, I had to go out of my way and look for someone to help me that day, I approached Carlos and he helped me as soon as he was done with his client. If I never asked anyone to help me I would probably still be waiting. The girls are having their own personal conversations or goofing around from what I saw and they don't guide you or ask you what you need. He made the process so easy and comfortable for me I got my rental and my car was ready in less than 2 days. He is the only reason I give it a 5 star Thank you again Carlos.

My service rep Carlos is kind and checks me in and out in a timely manner. He offers good advice.
