NON-COMPLIANCE WITH PAYMENTS!
DO NOT TAKE ANY CHARGES WITH THIS COMPANY, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR 6 MONTHS, WE WORK WITH LUIS AGUILAR AND SEEMS A KIND PERSON BUT THROUGH DECEPTION HE MAKES YOU MOVE THEIR BURDENS. THEY HAVE CUT OFF 100% OF COMMUNICATION AND TO DATE WE HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. YOU ARE WARNED!

I have hauled a load for boa 6 months ago and I haven’t received payment yet I called too many times every time the told me accounting staff is in meeting the will call you back and I never receive call back from them be aware stop hauling for them

Do not work with them at all they are going out of business and we we did a load with them and they are now not paying. We got a email from our factoring company confirming this. This broker is DNU for our company

Review:
BOA Logistics' consistent failure to honor the confirmed 30-day payment terms on their load payouts has proven detrimental to our business. Multiple loads remain unpaid well beyond the 60-day mark, causing severe financial strain.

Factoring company had to downgrade BOA Logistics from approved credit to declined. This not only disrupts our cash flow but also places an immense burden on our operations. Covering all expenses, including fuel and driver pay, without any payment from BOA Logistics exacerbates the impact.

It's disheartening that some brokers persist in posting freight, fully aware they won't meet payment obligations. I strongly caution others in the industry to approach dealings with BOA Logistics cautiously, given the profound and negative impact their unreliable payment practices have had on our business.

The lack of response to recent emails intensifies our concerns. As a next step, I am proceeding to open a case with the FMCSA and sharing these experiences online to seek a resolution for the critical issue of missing payments, highlighting the substantial consequences this situation can impose on a business.

Don't work with this company they don't pay still owe us 8 freights for more then 4 months

We have hauled the load for BOA and they never paid for it

We hauled a load for them for $5,350.00 and they are giving us the run around for payment. We filed on their broker bond for non payment.
Stay away from these crooks.

I HAVE BEEN DRIVING TRUCK FOR 44 YEARS NOW AS OF OCTOBER 17TH 2023 AND I HAVE DELIVERED AT BOA 3 TIMES WHEN IT WAS XPO AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT THEN AND NOW IT IS BOA AND THE SERVICE IS STILL GREAT THEY GET YOU UNLOADED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I APPRECIATE THAT VERY MUCH.

I have hauled loads for Boa. They do not pay on time… please be aware. Loads were done in months of May, June, July. As if of today still not getting paid…

Their payment term is 30 days but they paid you 45days -60days after couple times remind with accounting department.

They book the load with you and then saying that they have somebody cheaper, can you do it? Looks funny)
