The negative reviews are true: they can be brusk, a bit rude even (although Neal left a couple years ago which helps a lot with that). Sean is honest and knowledgeable. They don’t quote prices, everything is T&M and they won’t even give you an estimate, unless it’s a bottom paint. But they do good work, and work on boats is never cheap. It is what it is. If you want to pinch pennys, do it yourself. If you are too busy or not competent enough to DIY, then you just need to accept that owning a boat is expensive. These guys are conveniently located, and will get it done right. Expect to pay accordingly.

Will never go back…real tense and “not happy” atmosphere. They don’t know customer service…they never said “thank you” made me feel like i was someone to take advantage off rather than be helpful. Glad i got to know these guys with a smaller job…taking my bigger work to better people with less stress and higher esteem that know how to treat CUSTOMERS that pay the bills!
