Bob and Diane are a real estate dream team! We first met them in early 2020 when looking to buy our first house in California, and they helped us not only through the red tape, negotiations, confusion, and learning curve but right at the beginning of the pandemic, too! Now, a few years later when we wanted to move closer to family, they helped us sell our home quickly (on the market less than 2 weeks!) and for a good price. Moreover, we moved out of state before the house went up for sale, and they went above and beyond to help us navigate all of that!
