Bob Baker Mazda provides stellar service from the initial sales and then subsequent service! As to the latter, I found the video of the technician’s inspection reassuring. This allowed for a secure feeling in driving my CX-5 with trouble free travel!

My wife and I are both in the health field and received two vouchers for a free oil change at any Mazda dealership. We moved to Oceanside so we went to this Mazda dealership in Carlsbad. They are awesome. Didn’t try and nickel and dime us. Got my mazdaspeed 3 and our old Jeep some needed oil changes. I received a link via text to watch the underside inspection of my car. We got them back and they were both washed too. Great communication and very kind. If Mazda comes out with an AWD Mazda 3 with 250 HP and a MANUAL TRANSMISSION I will get it from this dealership
It was very easy to schedule the service appointment online. In fact I ended up switching from the Mazda dealership in Escondido after twice trying to schedule online and getting a message that someone will get back with me and never did. The employees at Bob Baker in Carlsbad were friendly and helpful. The waiting time for the service was minimal. Based on my experience I highly recommend.
My service advisor was quick and courteous. Waiting room was stocked with coffee, bottled water, snacks and comfy chairs.
Fast friendly service from sales team down to the service Dept. Service work was done in quoted time with offers to drop off/pick me up from home.
I will continue to use this dealership as long as I own my Mazda.

The service staff paid great attention to detail and involved me in the process of getting the work completed correctly and on time.
Took my CX9 in for some service. Staff was friendly and professional. They also took a look at a grinding noise that I was experiencing and indicated it came from the after market rotors and pads I had installed. Will eventually go back to Mazda rotors and pads and would not hesitate to bring my Mazda to Bob Baker to have that work done.

I arrived early and was brought in quickly by a young outgoing friendly women. She got me in and my car was done on time. No issues.
Brought my car in for a noise that others were convinced was a broken shock absorber or bearing. Bob Baker checked it - found a nail in a tyre, did a full check out and couldn't see any issue, fixed the tyre for $25! A great experience showing the true integrity of the Bob Baker team.
