Boba Hut And Deli, Vista CA

The owner is such a nice lady! We got Bobas which were perfect! The tapioca wasn't too hard, too soft, just right. We are definitely coming back! Thanks Boba Hut for a fun day off!

This place was great when it opened I am not sure what happened. My kids were so excited to go back today as we were finally back in the area. I sent my daughter's in to get three boba tea and they tasted terrible (like mold), and the boba was mushy. The lady was really mean to my daughter's and my youngest would not go back in, so I had to send my older daughter in to alert the owner. My kids said they would never go again as the owner insisted the tea tasted fine "and was super mean. " I sent mine back full, it was terrible. Hard Pass, terrible customer service. Go to Vivi, Tea Station, or Share tea instead. Very disappointing.

I came to this place a few years ago and the lady was very sweet and the tea was good. But I came here this morning and the lady was rude, did not have gloves on before giving me unwrapped straws, and took a very long time. Please use gloves or wrapped straws especially when covid is still around. Mom and sis said unsweetened tea tasted old but got a refund after an argument on how since she was drinking the same tea and thought it tasted good in her opinion that we were wrong and so thank you I guess for returning our money

It is absolutely Ridiculous that you have a sign on your door that says no public restroom available. My husband and I were going to try this place out we saw that sign on the door and turned right around. You don’t run a business without a working bathroom for your customers. If you are letting your customers use it, it should say for customers only.

My mom and i got 3 different drinks, we asked for smoothies and got iceies, the drinks taste highly artificial when the employee said they were made with " fresh frozen fruit" (Gorden Ramsey would flip out) and the Boba is over cooked and has no taste, its not chewy it kinda just crumbles in your mouth.not worth $5 a drink

Incredibly fresh food with an array of sandwiches and other items to choose from. A must stop for lunch.

Some of the friendliest service in California! The nice sweet lady that runs the shop was super helpful and kind and I got the thai tea and omg! Not too sweet and a natural flavor. You can tell it is fresh and not from powder packets! Definitely will come back for a cold tea

My boyfriend and I love this place! The boba is literally the best and so are the sandwiches. We live in Carlsbad now but will still make a trip to go here because it’s THAT GOOD!

Nice little boba shop with a friendly and welcoming vibe. Got a mango/guava smoothie and it was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Nice boba place. The lady at the desk is very welcoming and friendly. Be sure to call before you go as she can wait a little longer for a customer who won't make it before the closing time:)

Love this place! Boba is fresh and the flavors are good! Support this small business and don’t over pay for boba.

I don't know how good their sandwiches are, but.
I would give 1 star only for their boba tea. It's not even cheap considering the fact that it's made from powders. The lady (I guess she's the owner) gave me the straws (not wrapped) without washing her hands right after she touched cash.
I know this is very tough season for the small business owners like her, but I don't think this place tries to comply with the basic things.
They used to offer better boba before, though. (According to my daughter) but I guess not any more.

The boba tea was very good. They put plenty of boba in the drink which I like. However, I didn’t like that the employee didn’t wash her hands after each customer. She also was not wearing a mask and touched my straws with her bare hands after handling cash/cards from other customers. The straws were not wrapped at all Otherwise I wouldn’t mind.

Will never go back! Talked to so rudely we didn’t even finish our order. We wanted to like the place, pretty close to where we live, it would have been nice. I guess money and customer service will be vacant here.
