Boba Square, Irvine CA

I went here today thinking I’ll get same drink, not great but it will fill the crave a little, turned out new people are running the place now, the atmosphere was different too, brighter and better energy when you walk in, the cashier was a nice young man, definitely going to check their popcorn chicken next time, drinks were too sweet before but today my drink was perfect, got jasmine milk tea, finished it all, I could never drink the whole thing before because was too sweet, but not these ones, definitely be back trying other stuff, I like supporting local businesses, specially the one make good changes, if your near by give them a try.

Went here today try their guava black tea! It was soooooooo good. But a little tip
I got 25% sweet: (it was blend however my friend got 100% sweet and it was bomb! Lesson of the day if you getting boba might as well go full sweetness! Lol I wish the employees woulda tell me. Would come back and definitely get 100% sweet next time

If you’re looking for great boba drinks and an awesome place to get it, you found it. I recommend their top notch catering, they were a hit with both the children and the adults at our 10 year old’s birthday party.

I’ve been here multiple times since moving to Irvine. This place has messed my order not once, not twice but three times now. The last few times they were apologetic for giving me either the wrong size drink or no boba. This time the young gal said you weren’t charged for boba so you didn’t order it. This is fine I won’t shop here any longer. I don’t even want any concession from this business, I don’t want to patronize this place any longer.

Very bad attitude. The employees were playing on their phones while ordering. They are rude.never come again.

I drive from riverside for the coffee milk tea, it’s the only one where I can taste the milk, tea, and coffee and it being perfectly balanced, definitely worth your while also they have macaroons that are pretty good

Boba Square is one of my favorite places to get boba so I came to this new location with high expectations and it was definitely met! Their decor was pretty and simple. I got Vienna Frappe which had really strong coffee flavor. I also got some macarons on the side and they were quite tasty as well. I am a little sad they didn't have waffle or honey toast but perhaps that's something they will add later on. Definitely think this location is more convenietly placed than their Tustin one. Will be back for more!

I threw mine away after a few sips.unbearably sweet, made my eyes spin! I don't like that they don't offer sweetness level preferences, also everything tasted very artificial, pretty much like melted sherbert ice cream. Boba with quality teas have thankfully evolved, and those are the kind I like, but I just didn't taste that here. Also their cups were so hard to insert the straw without making a mess everywhere. I hope they can take constructive criticism and improve!

Quiet and quaint little shop enjoyable macaroons and interesting cheese foam drink. Nice place to go after have a heavy meal or just a nice moment to enjoy a delicious drink. Little pricy but quality makes it worth it.

Boba square is a cute little shop that has a variety f drinks and a couple of deserts. This store has AMAZING customer service and gets your drink or desert done very quickly.

A new boba shop in Zion Markets plaza. We tried it and it's not bad, more like meh.
The drink price recently really is getting ridiculous. The shop is clean and modern looking but the seating space is limited and the plaza on this side doesn't have outside seating so be prepared to sit outside.

Boba square sits quietly in the corner of the shopping plaza. We were greeted by two lovely ladies whom seemed to be enjoying a conversation that continued even after our order was placed. On the menu you'll find your typical choices of milk tea, from oolong to Jasmine and cheese creams topping which instantly caught my attention. Another gentleman had served our drinks and advised us how to drink the cheese since I'm new to it. It is definitely different from past milk teas I've experienced. The initial flavor of the tea hits but leaves a buttery taste as if you just had a pastry of some sort. I suggest not mixing if you order this because it looses all credibility and becomes sugar water. The inside is well decorated and perfect for a book or catching up on some work.
