Encountered one of their worker driving the company car on the road today and they were driving erratically in the fog even high beamed me and cuts me off. I hope you guys look into your worker's driving history before hiring them.

Don't expect good communication if you're applying to work here. I took the day off to come in for an interview, and after feeling good about it they told me they'd call me next week. They never did, and I left three messages over the course of a few weeks while putting my job search on hold out of courtesy for them. The manager never answered any of my calls, and never responded to any of my messages. I'm grateful though, because I have a much better job now since they've ghosted me.

Took my brand new bobcat in just to have them take a look at it. I was worried about the tracks on holding tension.

I was advised to replace the tracks after less than 200 hours. The unit is less than a year old.

The tracks were fine, one had a small piece missing. I was advised to replace the tracks. I unfortunately hurriedly agreed over the phone while driving. Service manager informed me the parts wouldn't be in for 3 days. I called a couple hours later to inform them I changed my mind and would keep my old tracks. Apparently they were already put on? They wanted $1,700 when nothing was wrong with my old tracks and $500 to put my old ones back on!

I tried talking with the service manager and mentioned I felt I was being swindled. I eventually had to go above him to the district manager in Stockton who told me they would put my old tracks back on at no charge.

I arrive and my old tracks are torn the pieces, it looks like someone deliberately shredded them to bits! And they charged me $250 after I was assured there would be no charge.

My machine is still under warranty and I am never taking it here again. Horrible experience, will definitely buy all future equipment elsewhere.

Never returning.

Called for a cutting edge for an s185 with an indrustrial grapple bucket. They had it in stock with hardware. Got the correct parts and was on the jobsite quickly. Thank you.kenji

Bought a really nice trailer from Bobcat Sacramento the salesman James Newland super nice guy very friendly very knowledgeable can't say enough good about him got a really good deal and when I go back to Bobcat Sacramento you bet you I would all I got to say James is keep up the good work over there cuz you're doing a great job
