Bober Tea & Coffee, Campbell CA

Sadly was going to get donut but was sitting in my car wait for mins before I get down wow see them putting all supplies outside on the floor on the ground where animals and people walk on this gross then leave the donuts in someone car with no plastic where God know what happen this sad hopefully they get shut down wont buy anything dirty place.

The drinks the girl made were very yummy, I ended up having a matcha latte. I also had a black sesame Mochi donut which was very good as well. I felt that the food and ingredients were fresh. Unfortunately I cannot read the service to the best of my abilities due to the fact that there was hardly any interaction. Except for a simple hello, all your orders to take place on the iPad in front of the person making the drinks. Another thing I'd like to point out is it seemed like there was only one girl making drinks at the time and they ended up having a huge doordash order. Since she had no assistance it seemed that it backed up the time, making me wait about 20 minutes for my drink. Obviously not the fault of the girls but I feel the company should do better when it comes to Staffing

I’ve a love hate relationship with this place bc it’s so good and open the earliest, but bad bc I kept coming back and satisfying my morning boba craving

An adorable new boba place! So far I’ve only had the winter melon milk tea with boba. Pretty good, but not enough to finalize my review.
The service and environment is nice and cute

Bought the supreme strawberry fruit tea. Barely anything to drink. Mostly just ice and diced up strawberry. Waste of 7 dollars.

I got the mango green tea with crystal jelly. It was very good! I had to ask for less of the syrup and more tea but it's not possible to do this request on the kiosk. I assume if it was busy it would be hard to accommodate this request.

Also got a cinnamon mochi donut, it was amazing. Very soft inside with a lot of cinnamon.

As someone who never really liked boba before, this is now my go to place for some of the best boba in the bay! Hazelnut milk tea is my favorite:) The staff are also super friendly!

Pretty shop, but definitely not the best boba in the area. Overly sweet (even when I asked for no sugar) and no tea flavor.

This is my go to boba place, the people and the environment are both amazing and i look forward to visiting everytime! The mochi donuts are delicious and they have such quick service!

Go for the donuts, avoid the drinks.

Being in the bay area there's loads of boba cafes and and I enjoy trying out several businesses to be able to support and see the differences.

I was excited to order from them as I was getting items for my mom's arrival from abroad only to be met with disappointment.

The donuts were wonderful! They weren't too sweet and were gorgeous to look at, a welcome treat and my mother was over the moon with them.

The problem were the drinks. I ordered 3, Supreme Mango Green Tea, Chizu Matcha Latte with stir-fried boba, and a Brown Sugar Cookies & Cream.

The Mango drink was just pureed Mango with no taste of the "Premium-grade Jasmine tea" as was advertised. The Matcha latte had no stir-fried boba despite paying extra for it and there was no advertised chizu foam. The taste was of heavy cream, barely any sweetness and no taste of the "Ceremonial grade Matcha". The cookies and cream was the same quality as the matcha latte, just milk again. The tiniest bit of brown sugar syrup that was barely visible, the milk tea was milk, no crushed oreos and no foam.

Needless to say we were incredibly upset to see what was arrived.

I would strongly avoid purchasing any drinks from them and have mentioned it to my family, the donuts were wonderful though! The only upside of our entire order, I'll be ordering only donuts from them in the future and will hold on in supporting another business for beverages.

This new boba shop is pretty nice and aesthetic. Perfect for Instagram pictures. Service is fast and the drinks are really good.

Ridiculous. I really wanted to like this place. I love pink and thought what an awesome spot with a pink theme, it ends there though. The drinks a horrible. Even when you explicitly ask for low ice they fill the cut with 80% ice. The drinks are flavorless, the boba is subpar and the price for the sorry excuse of drinks is ridiculous.

Putting all that aside, my beautiful daughter wanted to try one of their overpriced mochi doughnuts because some had butterflies on them so I tried to shrug off the drinks experience and get her a single doughnut. Well they won’t sell you a single doughnut, you either have to buy it with a deplorable drink or get it in a three pack. To say less we walked out and grabbed a doughnut from Whole Foods. See you never again bober tea

Came on a Tuesday. Ordered Vietnamese coffee classic, lemon donut for 1$ more, and my partner ordered the pineapple green tea. Pleasantly surprised at how much I just sat here saying, "This place is really good! ", as I was convinced to come and not even a fan of boba.so much so, that I decided to take my phone out and leave a review. Viet coffee was not oversaturated in flavor.you know when the sweetness is so thick, it hurts to finish it. The donut was delicious too. Lemon mochi donut. Wasn't planning on eating after 3pm today, but for a dollar more.and the fact that the looked exotic with the effort on topping it. I had to try. We were given a mango drink on accident, but they quickly fixed the order and I was able to sip and try that flavor as well. Really good. Nice rich mango flavor, with mango pulp bits inside.pineapple one also same thing. I had to comment that at under 6 bucks for my drink. 6.50 including the donut.better value than Starbucks. It's over 5 bucks for a plain cold brew there.
On top of that, the decor of the establishment.premium feel cup koozie and fun cat eared lid just gives better value. They even put a chocolate covered coffee bean above the wrapper in the cat lid.how cool.
The staff was super nice, friendly, energized, and clean. They even repeatedly apologized for the mix up, well after we assured them everything was great. Very well mannered.

Paid $4 extra for something called a “Champagne Bottle”. Yet received a plastic cup. Gave this place a shot, but way overpriced.

Come here for decoration, drink is watery, donut is chewy but the flavor is artificial, not real

Today was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The moment I walked in, I was immediately drawn to the aesthetic. It's a cute and fun place to hang out with friends and family. I ordered two milk teas and some of their signature mochi doughnuts. The mochi doughnuts were sweet and chewy. I also ordered a taro milk tea, which was one of the best milk teas I've ever had. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this chill spot for anyone looking to enjoy some sweet treats.
