Bob's Auto and Tire Service, San Bernardino CA

So I came here to see how much they charge for my car problem and they was charging pretty much the same price as the dealership. Then I found someone else to put the part so I called them asking how much for the part and whoever answered literally said no we don't have it.didnt even look it up or anything. When I knew in fact they did because I had gone earlier and said they had the part they were just too pricey for me. So yea first and last time I pull up there. Thank God I didn't waste my money

My brother introduced my family to Bob's Auto and we have all been going there's since. He is honest and efficient. He won't try to make you pay for a repair you don't need just to make extra sales. He will let you know what's needed and when you will need it.

I brought my car in for what seemed to me to be a major problem, but Bob discovered the issue without replacing any parts unnecessarily. He took the time ask the right questions and explain his process. He also took care of another issue with the suspension that I later asked about. Robert is a true professional; smart, efficient, and trustworthy. I look forward to doing business there from here on out!

Good work, but i was missing to bolts holding my engine cover and they tried to tell me it was like that when i brought it in. BAD BUSINESS.

I absolutely would recommend this auto shop they are experts at what they do I only bring my vehicles here the mechanics are fast and know what they are doing the prices are fair also you can't go wrong with honest mechanics in your neighborhood so I just want to keep up the amazing work

Great service. Bob ran a system check and with his help I spent $23 on a fix that would have cost me probably $300-600 if I took it to the dealer. Thanks Bob, you’re a life saver. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Did a oil change here took it to my mechanic because he was gonna change a sensor he checked the oil and it was dark and drippy for 50$ a oil change that’s disgusting honestly

Very friendly place. I feel safe going there alone and knowing they won’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Also, being that it’s a small business, I feel good taking my money to them rather than a larger corporation. They even went as far as to mail me a letter reminding me my oil change was due. Not some impersonal spam email filled with ads

I work for a large construction type of business and Bob understands that these vehicles need to be back on the road as soon as possible. I had a screw right in the side wall of my tire and Bob got me up and running in minutes. Thank you I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family

I love Bob, been with him for some years now. Never had a problem with price or work done. I send all my friends and family to Bob. He took care of my Volvo like a baby. My daughter was just staying with the tune up on her car. Bob will forever be my car man.

I went down and was told I would get a call back in a couple of days with an estimate because it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy. After 1 week I called back and the guy asked for a few more days, stating they have been swamped. After 2.5 weeks I call back and I am told we don't provide that service.
